Hi all,

New here but thought I would setup a thread. I have had a curve to the left ever since I can remember and although I get on with it just fine it has always bothered me. I have done some research and found some great reviews on the Penimaster Pro. Money isn’t an issue so I bought the kit. I recently changed jobs so I can wear the thing every day easily and not have it get in the way or be an issue to be noticed.

My question is has anyone got any experience and success using a stretching device or the stretching device with band to fix a curvature? A few articles have said it takes a few months but I would be interested to hear your thoughts if you have achieved this already. I am thinking to take some pics for progress and start next week.

Also, does anyone experience penis fatigue when stretching daily? I have an active sex life with my gf and don’t want it to get in the way to much if I can help it!

thanks for your questions and I hope I can help you. As far as stretchers go I like the SiliStretcher As it has so many options and it is completely hidden under your clothes. It is also the only device that can be worn through the night, so you’ll be getting many hours in without any effort.

fatigue is a normal part of PE and when you have fatigue, ironically, it is the best time to train for length. The reason for this is when your penis is fatigued it stems from the pelvic floor muscles being exhausted. If this is getting in the way of your sex life with your wife you may want to go to an every other day session.

Thanks for the message and the resources DLD. I will take a look but as I already invested in the Penimaster Pro I will have to give it a try first. I think that the option with the strap will do the same job as the product you have recommended which is kind of why I bought it. I assume as my curve is left as long as I strap it going to the right across my body or down my leg this will be the best option?

Also I read some of your blog on rest/recovery. If I use the stretcher for 4 hours a day then the strap over night would this be too much?

Which is proven to be better and more effective?? A traditional stretcher or the method with the strap like your product? If you could only do one of them which would you use and for how long should I wear each?

2) Regular Kegel and Reverse Kegal exercise though the day. Should I do these in stretch or not recommended m?

3)Then wear the strap stretcher for 4 hours or when sleeping in recovery stage.

If I can’t wear the main stretcher in the day I will just replace with the strap stretcher or have a day off.

This all sounds very good and since you’re using it under your desk the ADS does not matter. The only place you may find issues is sleeping so go for an hour first and then go for two hours and from there go for four hours, you want to ensure safety through the whole spectrum. Using the Velcro strap is very smart because the noose will only cause issues.

I was planning on using the ADS when sleeping. Do you still recommend doing this for 1 hour, 2, 3 then 4?

Also is it ok to do kegals and reverse kegals while in stretch?

Also I read that a pump may be better for straightening a curve out with jelques? Is this permanent and if so should I just get a pump and do that instead?

What I meant by this is 99% of the extenders out there cannot be used while you sleep because they can become tangled and cut off blood circulation. If you’re going to do this I suggest doing it safely by starting out with one hour and then add an hour each night just to make sure that you’re safe. The problem with rod extenders is the tangled issue. Using the SiliStretcher eliminates this issue and can

Do Kegels through the whole day every day as these will strengthen your pelvic floor muscles and give you the best EQ possible. Reverse Kegels are much different, I created these as a way to circumvent the pelvic floor muscles. So when you stretch you should always engage in a Reverse Kegels so all of this stretch to your penis and not your pelvic floor muscles

Yes pumping is very good with straightening your penis. I also think you should add erect Jelqs against the curve or if the curve is linear you can use DLD Bends.
 
Pumping and manual stretches can really help with peyronies, I find it more effective than traction devices

Thanks Super, I have found this last two weeks that it’s a bit much for me and my penis as a newbie to get the stretching and pumping all in one day. Kept on getting bruising and/or swelling (water retention Also think I may be doing it the wrong way round as was pumping in the Am and then stretching after.....

What I have decided to do is alternate days....

Manual stretch and warm up every day but do pump one day and stretch device the other do you think this is a good idea or should I just stick to the pumping and jelqs for a better result for curve....

What type of pump are you using?

I have a Mitty Vac and am dry pumping for 10 mins on 5 then doing 150/200 jelqs against the curve. Then I repeat.

Tbh I think it might be my jelqs causing the red spotting mostly but definitely the second pump caused the fluid build Up or swelling in my foreskin. Then I don’t want to wear my Stretcher due to this swelling... started to wear the sleeves but oh are they a pain to put on!! Lol I guess you get used to how to do that

@DLD I need some help,I made a big mistake , I used to have a perfect sweep on both sides of my penis, and now by a stupid mistake from me I used a clamp on other parts of my penis, now I have more prominent veins on both sides ,creating holes on both sides and loosing that sweeping look, making it look kinda deformed, is there a way fix this , my penis is now not the way that it used to look and it bothers me a lot, hope to get a response soon, thank u.

my first advice is to stop clamping immediately. Clamping is one of the most dangerous exercises and it does not come close to giving the girth that you would get from something like the 5×5×3 where precautions taken so injuries or deformities don’t happen. I would like to see a picture of it if you’re willing you can send it to my email guru.dld@gmail.com, and I can give you better advice based on that. But in general if you stay away from Clamping and stick with the safe routine like the 5×5×3 they should bring you back into perfect condition.

Hey DLD Thanks for the suggestion. No I have not been doing SlowSquashJelq's but will look into it. I think because I am going against the curve I might be going a bit hard which is why I get the blood spots. Is it best not to use pump or Jelq at all if I have spotting?
 
Just wanted to add on to this. I started PE to correct a curve as well. I did see about a significant reduction in the curve (it never went away completely but it's not an issue anymore) but also gained significant size in the process too.

It’s best to use both in the 5×5×3 scenario

How long did it take you? I keep getting a little frustrated due to this spotting. Should I stop whenever you get spots and not to jelqs for a few days?
They are not paritculalry BIG but probably 1 or 2 the size of a small mole then more small red ones. I guess my dick will become more condisitoned as time goes on and this will stop.
 
Spotting with Jelqs is fairly normal as you start, you will get conditioned to it. It's not a hazard.

However, the biggest factor for me was actually using an ADS (SG in my case). When I got to 6 hours a day of ADS use at higher tension, that's when I saw the biggest change. Jelqing against my curve was the next biggest factor.
