Ok, so I've been thinking for a few days about the Corpus Spongiosum. As many of you know, this is the chamber that runs along the bottom of shaft that connects to the glans. This chamber is the blood source for the glans; the corpus cavernosas do not supply the blood to the glans. In fact, it seems that those with stronger, more defined CS's have a greater head size.

Many have questions about how to increase head size. I have a pretty good mushroom head when 100% erect so this doesn't concern me as much. Though I do see guys with really strong, defined undershafts. I am looking to change this. I think we might be able to construct an exercise to address this.

The first thing I tried was a pinching this shaft and attempting to 'jelq' it. This didn't work out too well. Well, I tried a variety of other things, one of which seemed to work fairly well. I layed my erect penis against my body, and press at the base of my penis with my two forefingers. I then slowly brought my knuckles together, using the sides of my forefingers to draw the blood forward. If you could divide your penis into thirds from the side, I did this on the third at the bottom, the undershaft. It gets some getting used to, but I did actually notice a CS engorgement, and the head filled up to capacity every 'stroke.'

Well, this in particular may not be the most efficient CS and head size exercise, but I think we might be able to come up with one. It would probably be advantageous to isolate the CS. Give it a shot guys.
 
Yeah, I was thinking of a Horse type exercise to *target* the CS. Maybe clamping a good erection with one hand, kegeling in some blood and sqeezing the head to engorge the CS. But again, I was just trying to come up with an exercise to specifically target the CS.
 
Horses don't specifically target the CS. They work the CCs too.
 
Yes they do. I mean they also do work the CCs but they are for the CS.
 
I feel much more stretch in my CCs than in my CS when I do horses. They aren't for the CS, that's just a byproduct. They're for girth in general (which is mainly determined by the size of the CCs).
 
Well, I don't see how in the hell you could jelq the CS alone, but a top and bottom jelq and BTB jelq would seem like something to add to a routine if worried about the CS. Be careful with the Tand B jelqing you don't want to fuck with the nerves, you'll need to miss those in your stroke,especailly if you are capable of applying great pressure.

The blood in the head enters it from the CS. Therefore if you OK at the base and squeeze the head the CS will expand from the pressure. It targets the CS. If you don't feel it in the CS then that means your CS isn't filling out enough with an erection. The way to fix this is to do FR. It is you and not the exercise. The horse targets the CS but also works the CCs as a byproduct,
 
Ok so show me a link to back that statement up. I've had 4+ years of Penis Enlargement experience, so I'm sure I know what I'm saying. It was never touted as a CS exercise. I've never heard of that until you said that in this thread. So show me where else it is described as a CS exercise.
 
I think any Girth exercise in general (even stretching for that matter) will ultimately work the CS. Now to target this alone would be difficult because it is part of the shaft. I think doing compression squeezes would help isolate it for width but to hit the depth you may want to try doing compression squeezes at 80% erect where you can turn your penis on it side and hit it that way.
 
I have found my CS going ape shit due to extreme Ulis more than anything else.
 
I have noticed recently that my CS has started to REALLY show, I attribute this to clamping, the standard one.
I now have a nice middle CS, but it could do with more work, isnt like a ���� stars yet.
Clamps, will help you out alot.
 
I also think some genetics may play a role in this too. I think some guys are just blessed with a huge CS just like some guys have a huge Glans.
