"Advanced" exercises just need to be used with extra caution, that's a much better way to put things. Warming up with less intense exercise for a few minutes first works very well for me, and I'm sure will do the same for most guys regardless of experience.

This is an easy concept for you to grasp and may be obvious because of your experience but for the beginner, it may not be. I obviously fall in this category. I usually jelq at ~90 erection and pretty hard, i also started pumping again. Because of this, I thought that i could jump right into constrictors with little risk of injury. I was wrong. Just trying to look out for the next guy, that's all.
