"constrictor blood spots"
#1
I have been doing contrictor exercises for about a month now. After doing them I have "blood spots" I know these are harmless and go away. But, should i wait until I heal completely before doing contrictor exercises again? That would mean I would do them every other day instead of everday. I know if you lift weights while still sore, its a worthless. I know the penis is not a muscle, but should I heal up completely before constrictor exercises or continue doing them every day and have "perpetual" red spots? Thanks

For me, it depends on how extensive the spots are. I did a pretty intense constricted horse squeeze session about 3 hours ago and have some pretty big blotches, so I might not do girth again for a day or two. I'm putting heat and Palmer's lotion on a lot.
