I have been doing contrictor exercises for about a month now. After doing them I have "blood spots" I know these are harmless and go away. But, should i wait until I heal completely before doing contrictor exercises again? That would mean I would do them every other day instead of everday. I know if you lift weights while still sore, its a worthless. I know the penis is not a muscle, but should I heal up completely before constrictor exercises or continue doing them every day and have "perpetual" red spots? Thanks
