During my stretching routine, which normally last anywhere from 25-35 minutes I tend to have a promblem. I wouldn't call it an erection but my penis gets a little on the thick side and more resistant to being stretched but is still hanging and not erect at all. To solve this I just use a hot-wrap for a minute or two and everything is nice and stretchy again. I usually end up doing this once or twice each routine and it really helps. I'm not sure if this will increase gains but it definatly seems like it allows for a much better stretch . It's kind of a pain in the ass to do but if you have the same problem as me and have a chance to get a couple extra hot-wraps in I would suggest it.
