I don't think that we can really gauge how much girth a female can take or wants by the size of a baby during child birth. A woman's body produces a hormone during delivery that allows for more elasticity. Some women are still not able to stretch as much which requires a doctor to make an incision from her vagina towards her rectum to make roon for the baby's head. Well, just my opinion.
