Last night's experience was something I never dreamed of occurring. After having pe'd on and off a couple of years, and starting enjoying my work with MOS, I have always had raging hard-ons and praised for it too. However, I have been doing Phase II diligently and I had a night I'd like to forget.

I did not feel great sensation before sex and it seemed that I could not keep the erection that always came so easy. There was wine involved, for sure, but even the next day, the lack of sensation was still there, with a combined feeling of being able to cum all too quick.

I hate this situation and I don't know what to do! Do I need to rest? Have I damaged myself? It used to be the other way around...I don't want this to happen again, and I am going to see this chick tomorrow...help!
 
I would rest a bit man, never hurt anyone. I have not done Penis Enlargement in 2 months and feel great
 
I agree. All my good gains seem to come during a break time, after a period of serious Penis Enlargement.
 
You would need to give us more info on your routine, but I would strongly recommend you take a break now, and look at adding an extra day of rest a week from here on out.

I would not panic. I had the same to happen to me a few times. Do not worry. Do not stress. Just take a break and chill out.
 
Thanks for all the comments guys... I am relieved that it is something that other people have gone through. I guess it is embarassing to have to apologize, when you know that you can do, and have always done much better; especially with a girl who has never been with you before. It also makes you doubt your self-confidence in having a tool that will react on command, every time, like it used to.

My routine is exactly the one on Phase II, with DLD blasters in the morning, for aproximately an hour (after warming up) followed by a hot compress; stretches in the afternoon (after warming up as well) for about 15-20 minutes, then jelqs and forced jelqs for 30 minutes and girth squeezes for another 30 minutes. After that, it is testicle health and hot compress. When there is time, I try doing lazy ass stretches that never last more than 15 minutes.

I am going to take a 2 week break and I hope to have some good news after that. It concerns me that I feel sore and somewhat numb and I really haven't seen any gains, after pe-ing for 3 months constantly, the last of which has been with the MOS routine, Phase II.

3 months, you are practically a beginner. It takes time to see immediate gains. If your body chemistry is different than it makes a different. However, when you do come back. In order to see gains you must be relentless. It took DLD time as it took everyone time. But you will gain. I am confident about that.
 
You say you haven't had any gains in 3 months. I am curious about that. Would you mind answering a few questions. I am trying to figure out why some guys DON'T get gains.

1...What is your approximate age?
2...What is your length and girth?
3....Smoker or drinker?
4....Are you loosely circumcised, tightly circumcised, or uncircumcised?
5....When you do your exercises, do you hear ligs popping?
6....What is your days on/days off routine?
7....Do you feel that Penis Enlargement does indeed work, or are you just hopeful?
8...Do you ever experience redness, warmth, bruising or swelling after a Penis Enlargement routine?

Thanks again for the motivation and suggestions. I hope that the suggested break helps me feel well physically and mentally once again. With regards to gains, I have been doing this for three months, but I had jelqed for, I guess a number of years, on and off, with no set routine... I hope that gains are not over yet... I'm thinking positive.

To answer Kong1971's questions:

1) 27 years old
2) Length: 7.25-7.5 BPenis EnlargementL; Girth:5.25-5.5 (I guess these vary at times...)
3) Don't smoke, drink casually at times.
4) Circumcised, but not sure how to know if loosely or tightly.
5) I have never heard lig-popping.
6) Days on: Sunday through Thursday; Friday and Saturday off.
7) I feel that Penis Enlargement works, based on sensation and some moderate gains. I would like to see some dramatic improvement (like most of us, I suppose), but haven't really accomplished that.
8) I have only experienced a red spot on the glans once, warmth certainly, and swelling, but no bruising.

I'm glad to be in a place with awesome interaction and support.
 
1) Age should not be a factor.
2)You are already at a good size. I've noticed smaller guys gain quicker...maybe from having unhealthy penises to start with.
3)Smoking is not a factor. What about any other drugs, perscription and non-perscription.
4)Loosely circumcised men have a lot of loose skin to play around with. I would consider myself loose now after restoring for 2 months. You can consider yourself tightly circumcised if you cannot pull the skin of your shaft up over your head when erect or have hairy shaft and turkey neck. Men who are tightly circumcised can sometimes get gains by creating more shaft skin through stretching and t-taping. If you are tightly circumcised, your tight shaft skin could be holding some of your penile length inside your abdominal cavity.
5)Some say lig pops are not a sign of growth. I'm not sure. Personally, I think it is, but that's just me.
6)You are taking rest days...good job!
7)Mental attitude is fine. You gotta believe. If you don't think it will work, it won't. Period.
8)Just an occasional red spot and some light swelling...? Hmmmm....

I think your problem may be intensity. I don't think you are doing the exercises hard enough. Now, I don't want you to injure yourself because I say that, but you should consider slowly and carefully increasing the intensity of your stretching. I bet your ligs are stubborn and are not really being stretched much.

When I stretch, I take a washrag that is warm and damp and wrap it around my penis. This helps with grip and circulation during stretches. I slowly increase the force of my stretches until I feel my ligs stretching and popping. I know that sounds dangerous, but I am EXTREMELY careful and relax the pressure whenever I feel pain or a particularly sudden give in the ligs.

Do a little foreskin restoration if you are tightly cut, and maybe increase the intensity of your exercises.
