Just a thought, but while performing my pre DLD- Blaster kegel exhaust warm up, I've been incorporating my visualization of the DLD blasters that I'm about to do. So I relax, clear my mind and I picture myself doing the DLD blaster, while doing this I actuall Kegel. I do this 50 times, 5 second kegel, 5 second reverse kegel, while in my mind I visualize myself in the A-stretch pulling (while Kegeling), and taking up slack(while reverse Kegeling). It seems to help me during blasters. It more than anything helps me in the reverse kegel part. Just thought I would share.
