Guys, what about while in an A-stretch , while at the same time a kegel and performing a circular motion a kind of rotary crank. At 12 o'clock kegel and at 6 o'clock reverse kegel. I know it sounds like a lot but not really.
I'm interested in it because I did 10 sets total and after a few I was getting a great stretch and it was not uncomfortable at all.
I think the movements help keep it:
1. not too boring
2. really hitting all angles
Let me know what ya think...
After the first set you could feel the ligaments trying to pull back in but, after they were fatigued, then you could really hit a great stretch . just like stretching other muscles, if you tighten up..no stretch you have to relax to go through that barrier.
