Collagen + vitamin-C

Yes, it was about one massage oil for penis usage. I wouldn't had minded if it was just text and had some more info to it but as it was, the informational value was very low.

With that said, I'm excited to hear about good reports regarding PE products.

My current routine is 1 hour manual stretching per day, 5 days per week, with the aid of silicone penis sleeve. This is very easy and I can use as much force as I wish. Now, I am happy to inform you that I have super-boosted my progress with collagen supplementation: 1 cm gains in just 2 months! My penis also feels much bigger and it is not newbie gains that I am talking about. I am 34 yo. and my natural collagen production is diminished so it might be that supplemented collagen is one of the key elements with PE after our younger years.

But the one thing I wanted to add to the mixture before I made it public was collagen so if anybody has any advice on this I would appreciate it. I have made such changes in the bags under my eyes, dark circles and wrinkles, I looks 10 years younger!

Also the best type of collagen is the one one that is cross linked collagen, like HA cross linked on penis fillers, cheek fillers...and so on.

I could recommend thousand creams that my girlfriend has, but... who knows which one of them all works the best. Besides I don't want to adventure and say: "buy this and this". Make you spend money on it and later on it wouldn't bring results.

On a side note, have you tried HA (HYALURONIC ACID) ?

I use it every time. Plus its cheap you can make your own, and brings results.

But ascorbic acid tends to upset the stomach, that's why I recommend you liposomal vitamin c

Add one tea spoon of vitamin C into the mix to have the best results. A pro tip: if you have difficulties with water, then you might try mixing that collagen with yoghurt or quark in a shaker bottle.

After few years of trying I must say that my penis feels fuller with my daily collagen dosage. Also, my face looks younger.

P.S. With my 15 years of experience in PE I can say that stretching is THE correct method to have gains, and pumping once in a week gives you some supplementary benefits in girth and erection.

how sleeves help with stretching? Do it improve the grip?One of my problems doing manual stretches is I feel I can´t apply all my strength cos my hands get tired quickly and after some weeks i developed tendinitis in the fingers.


Maybe your jackin off too much, wearing your strength down
