I’ve been trying to focus mainly on girth but also doing length stretches as well. My routine for the last two weeks has been about 5 minutes of blue whales __________ stretches, followed by 5 minutes of jelqing, and then 3-4 minutes of slow squash jelqs. Repeated 3 times. After that I wear a cock Ring for about an hour usually play with myself to get back up to about 80-90% erection with some additional jelqs just to get more blood/expansion once again and wear the ring for another 30 minutes once flaccid. I’m not sure how wel this routine is working I have just recently started, if you have any pointers to make my routine better please let me know. I would also like to make my head bigger and am not sure the best way to achieve a larger head.

I do wear a ring for about 30 minutes to an hour after my girth routine. It is not so tight as to cut off circulation but it does keep some of that post session expansion. You can look into the 5x5x3 routine as it sounds like that is close to what you are doing. The SRT is also a good read

Good advice already. Read through SRT as this will help you understand what you are asking plus a lot more. If you need any help in understanding SRT or anything else please just ask!

How much gains have you made brother? Your routine is good for a newbie only for a 3 months period. A very weak routine I must say.
