This an advanced Penis Enlargement exercise.
This is by far the best bundling exercise i ever did in my life.

Requirements:

-Some sort of vacuum system.I personally use the one from monkeybar but you can also do it with the VLC tugger

Here is the vacuum cup i use with silicone sleeve.I bandage the cup from inside to increase comfort and reduce the stress it puts on my glans

-Simple clothes hanger

-Your arms ;)

The exercise:

Put your penis completely flaccid inside the vacuum.Stand up.Hook the top part of the vacuum with the clothes hanger.
Now turn your penis around its axis > bundle as many times as you want i personaly turn it 6-7 times around.
After your finish bundling your penis with both arms grab the top part of the clothes hanger and pull it upwards like doing an upright row and pull as hard as you can and hold it till failure.
Thats 1 set.Do as many sets as you like. You can even do isometric biceps contraction while doing this stretch.:):)

Enoy :)

Great innovation. I have uploaded the images to another host so if they do go down we have access to them

AWESOME! So innovative:)

I'm sure Blue Whale is very aware of the potential pitfalls of vacuum hanging, but to the uninformed: higher weights require special attention to prevent blisters.

Its true blisters are a major issue for a beginner who dosent know what he is doing but after using the device for 6 months 7-8 hours a day my glans are practicaly immune to anything.

But if you are a beginner start lightly and cautiosly.

Moregainst123 you should use a prezervative to prevent blister

Yep Batina25 is apsolutely right. This is the best cure for this problem and a solution to many other problems.LMAO

Oh, I see. Personally, I don't have any problems with it. I was pointing it out only for the sake of those who stumble on this thread and don't realize the necessary precautions to vacuum hanging.

MoreGains, My son wants to start using the Phallosan, any advice on this equipment?

I've never thought much of that device or its concept. I've tried it and other variations of it.

1. The tension is never consistent.
2. Continuous vacuum is associated with Lymphedema.
3. A lot of trouble to remove and apply in a public bathroom.
4. Their claims of radial force for girth expansion defy physics. Whenever a maker makes claims that are scientifically impossible I shy away.
5. It's fragile.
6. Parts are expensive.
7. Their claim of CE medical device is also an intentionally misleading claim. Class 1 is easy to get. It's a self-certify and doesn't mean the device works, it just means they follow ISO 9002 guidelines and other manufacturing requirements.
8. Light tension is only useful if you can put in some serious, continuous hours.

Those are just off the top of my head. Don't get me wrong: I'm always looking for a Holy Grail. But Phallosan ain't it. As you know, you're better off jelqing than walking around all day with a contraption in your pants.

I hear you but I am looking for something that would give light tension, safely, throughout the day to heal with. Something a bit stronger than Uncle Jim's Wrap but less intense than the SizeGenetics, something that users can heal in comfortably at in an extended state. DO you think as a light duty option this is viable?

My biggest gripe is with the edema. If you use the device as stated you'll get a lot of fluid build up. If this were your foot I wouldn't worry about it because you can move it around afterward by taking a walk. (This moves lymph.) But the penis is a different matter. Edema is associated with many issues. I would recommend he use the SG at a *very* low tension. It would be more comfortable, too. It would also be easier to remove for bathroom breaks. It's also more durable. I'm not sure I'd trust a kid with something as delicate as the Phallosan: those replacement parts are expensive!

They are quite expensive and my request from the company was a massively discounted unit for the forums. I guess the best plan of action is to give it a go. Looking at pricing, as it is, you are correct, the Phallosan is much more expensive that the SG. I will give more feedback after I try. Thanks for all your help lately with these decisions I need to make, you have been awesome.

I'm gonna try this when I get the Silistretcher. Essentially, its a bundled vacuum stretch at high intensity. Remembering to have the silicap on :)
