What do you think is a better routine, 2 on 1 off or 2 on 2 off?
 
If I had to pick between those two, I'd say 2 on 2 off. I'm personally on a 1 on 2 off schedule for the most part and it's working great.
 
I do a 1-on-1-off routine, myself, with some light jelqing on my "off" days.

My routine consists of the following:

20 minute heat wrap
10 minutes of jelqing
25 minute clamped exercises (usually horse squeezes and bends right now)
20 minute heat wrap (while the clamp is on lightly around my whole package)
25 minute clamped exercises
20 minute heat wrap (while the clamp is on lightly around my whole package)
 
wants9, something you might want to consider is throwing in some jelqs between clamp sets. I find that doing some jelqs (either dry or wet) help to get new, oxygenated blood into every area of the penis and helps to prevent the occurence of thrombosis...

Good idea. How many/how long would you suggest?
 
my clamp has broke by the way.
I now have to use STRING AGAIN like ole times lol
 
Good Red, string rocks, looks so ghetto. And its so simple, we all have them. =)

Its pretty simple. I do 20-30 minutes of clamped exercises usually 1 on 2 off. This maximizes the healing between sessions but the sessions are close enough to still make gains.
 
I am back to clamping 6 days a week with the sundays off. I feel I gain more than when I take too many days off. Consistency is the key for me.

Also I am building up my time in the clamp so that I can do 1 hour sessions at full erection.
 
I wonder If I'm clamping too tight. Today I snapped the pivoting lock tooth off as I was trying to get the last notch on the ratchet.

Good luck. Personally, I think you're going to injure yourself with that routine. Even Red is "only" up to 45 minutes, and he's the godfather of constricting. Keep us updated on how it goes for you, anyway.

What's your base girth, how much padding do you use, and how far down were you trying to clamp?

Yep. Just about everyone who constricts does it for girth gains.
 
How far do most of you guys clamp? How many clicks? And also I need length and can't gain it do you think constricted fast wet jelqs would give it to me?
 
I was clamping at the base (5" girth there) and use some soft sponge rubber for padding. A couple of wraps provides a cushion. The clamp broke when I was trying to force it one more notch with both hands (not the last notch on the ratchet).

First, for wrapping, I use about 10 inches of ace bandage, folded over (so it's double the thickness), then I clamp down until there are three notches still showing.

As far as length from constricting, there are exercises in the guide (link is in my sig) that do help that. I personally focus on flaccid manual exercises and hanging for length gains.

That's odd. Best I can figure is that the notch that broke had a weak fracture point.

I haven't measured in almost a month, but I know I'm bigger now than I was 30 days ago. There's a whole hanging forum to learn about how to do it. I don't recall reading about anyone who HASN'T gained by it.

I've only been doing it for a few days myself, though, so most of those gains are from manual exercises.
