Can anyone explain the clamping method and how to do it?
I cant find video tutorial about clamping have seen many but for some reason i havent gained in 8 months
I tought it was the best method to get girth gains, my penis is discolored and no gains :/

For warm up, You should definitely at least do 4-5 minutes of bundled stretches before every workout even if you are only focusing on girth. It pre-stretches the túnica so that your session brings maximum expansion.
