Hi Everyone,

I just tried clamping, or constrictors and I liked it a lot. I just clamped then edged for 20 minutes. With the clamp on my penis was 1/8" more than my regular erect girth. I want to start a clamping routine for girth, is it ok to do clamp work every day or is every other day better? Also, how much? 3 20 minute clamping sessions (just clamp and edge for 20 min.) each day? Whats a good starting schedule and a good advanced schedule?

When you're first starting, one 20-30 minutes session is plenty! Every other day for sure. Your penis is going to need plenty of rest with these, especially at first. Eventually you can add more sessions, but I'd still stick with every other day.

I totally agree with 9cyclops9. Thats what I would say to do. Or, you could do a split routine something like one 20 minute session in the morning then, another at night. Keep it to a 1 on, 1 off routine for now though.

I just started splitting my sessions up. I think they are more beneficial for me because I don't develop the "donut" effect like when I did 40-45 min sessions. I have been doing 20/20 split in the morning and night (8-10 min. jelq, 10-12 min. constrict) and I think its working better for me.
