Hey guys, I have done Penis Enlargement on and off for a while, but just started doing it with a routine etc in the past week. I just picked up a cable clamp thingie / ACE bandage wrap , and I was wondering what is a good routine to use the clamping with. I do manual stretching , 3 sets of 30 secs in each direction, then I do like 350 jelqs with a few power jelqs thrown in. I cool down with kegels which I try to do as much as possible throughout the day. How can I throw in the clamping in my routine? And what exactly is a good excercise to do while clamped? Thanks yall.
