Hello brothers

I have recently started clamping as a supplement to my routine. (Length in the morning, clamping in the evening)

I read that Redzulu had made a guide with a lot of clamped exercises explained? (Both for girth and length)
Is there anyone who has this guide, or can link it?

Also, what are your thoughts on gaining length when you do what I do? Some people say they stopped gaining length after they started clamping. But I dont understand how that is possible if you still stretch?

Here is link to the redzulu guide you were requesting: http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/redzulu-s-penis-clamping-universe/80457-clamping.html#post565000

DLD recommends doing length in the morning and girth at night (night for girth: when you need higher concentration). I think you will be fine if you do your girth work the way you are doing it. I have heard girth work can toughen up your penis but I don't worry about it too much (keep it simple). Throw in bundled stretching to help you out. Me personally, I do all day clamping and then at night before bed I do stretching and go sleep wearing the phallosan forte.

Thanks for providing the guide my friend.

I have heard that it could toughen the tunica, but also exhaust it, making it more prone to respond to the stretching? Not sure which one is true.

A lot of so called knowledge on PE is no better than bro-science. I have a how to guide for clamping on my forum. Home | hanger

where PE would be by now if the Bro science would have not contributed to the PE world LOL..:)LMAO

In the forum "RedZulu's Clamping Universe" you will find expert advice from Redzulu, Stillwantmore and Supra amount many others. As I always do I will do again, be VERY careful with clamping. Really get a feel for it before going all out. Clamping can cause serious penis issues that can take a long time to heal. It is best to really take you time and understand Clamping completely before going all out.

Solid advice! And I totally agree. Right now I am only doing very basic clamping to get the feel of it. Expansion is still good though. But I can see it can be potentially dangerous if you overdo it and don't take your time!

GO SLOW :D. Stick with the constrictor and maybe a few others the first two weeks or so. If your concerned about the tunica, do a set of bundled stretches straight up or the blue whale __________ stretch before clamping to preblast it. During a set you can do the erect bends(be very careful, dont F around and go apeshit on these) which will not only hit the tunica but can also help out with any curvature correction if needed.

Erect bends are fantastic in the clamp!
But yes, go real slow until you get a feel for it.

I do sets when I clamp of: get erect with a light clamp, then tighten it up to almost max, then I do erect bends focusing on fixing my sight curve until my erection subsides a fair bit, then I loosen up the clamp, and do it again. Each set I get a little more expansion until I get to my max, and then I just edge for a while.

Pushed it tonight just for shits and giggles and got up to 7" MEG... my normal MEG is 5 7/8" :) ... that was with some fluid retention though.... I normally stop at about 6.5" or so to avoid the fluid buildup.

I don't know much about clamping. I know training length and pumping for girth both compliments each other. What are your stats now brother?

Clamping has always been dangerous particularly with thrombosis
No risk with this with the length master?
(sorry for asking).

I get an uncomfortable feeling when I read your comment imagine what could happen if this "clog" (embolus) travels to the brain or lungs. 😱😨

Found this (I have also read about this in school):

Thrombosis is the process of a blood clot, also known as a thrombus, forming in a blood vessel. This clot can block or obstruct blood flow in the affected area, as well as cause serious complications if the clot moves to a crucial part of the circulatory system, such as the brain or the lungs.

Horrible if the last thing happens.

Okey, I think I figured it out.
LengthMaster you cut of blood flow in glands. The tissue doesn't die since your session only last 20 minutes.

But:
Clamping, you restrict blood flow in you tissue, you create the environment for creating thrombosis.

I suppose I was scared, therefore I was not thinking that there where no risk for thrombosis when using LengthMaster.
