I love clamping, and I realized that a stretch in the semi-erect clamped state (probably 50-70% erection) produces an amazing stretch in the tunica, and even in the ligs to a degree. I just angle the penis downwards with my other hand's OK grip around the base just above the clamp, and basically do a blaster type of semi-erect clamped stretch. Seriously, it is incredible, I suggest all who clamp try this out. If this is in Redzulu's guide then forgive me, I'm just trying to spread some knowledge.

Hardcore can be good, but you must be ready for it. It is not for the weak, also keep a close eye on your dick, if anything looks strange, stop until it goes away.

Great advice and I have lived by this rule. I think we've all had our red spots and twinge here and there from a good amount of intensity, but for the most part when done carefully and patiently we know our limits. My mentality now with my Penis Enlargement workouts is "ok, it feels thoroughly worked now, I'll stop because I know I can do it with more intensity later" instead of "dude why won't this thing grow, I need more intensity!!" That is how you will hurt yourself.

Ithiel did you do this as a part of your routine? It's something I just tried out and use it as a warm-up to the last 10 minutes of my clamping session which are devoted to simply attaining the largest erection possible. I find it being a great prelude.
 
naw, i havent done this sort of exercise but will try it in the future. Yea man experimenting with your shit is a good thing. Pre-exhausting is good too. I mean so much variety in Penis Enlargement but dudes just dont take advantage of that. They do the same old , same old, get bored, and usually drop Penis Enlargement for lack of gains.

I do this too, and it works great IMO.
 
I can back this one up...It does create the feeling of a great stretch at all angles. Just be conditioned for it.
 
I gave clamped stretching a go several hours back, and wow what intensity. Its difficult getting a proper grip, and I did a mix with the foreskin covered, and retracted.
