I was doing my clamping routine this morning, I've been going through a clamp/jelq cycle for a while now, but decided to add some bends in while im fully erect and clamping... WOW!
First off it is the thickest it has ever gotten. Midshaft while clamped is usually at about 5.5 inches, which is my ultimate regular goal. Today is was 5.7 and the base was exactly 6! It felt unreal to be that "pumped" on there. On top of that usually a few hours after I do my clamp/jelq routine I'll end up with a decent thickness on my flacid hang after everything has relaxed. This was 8 hours ago and it is still the thickest it's ever been! This is definately becoming part of my routine now.

Excellent news! What bends are you following?
 
Just basic ones. Got fully erect, once clamped, I turned it to the right and tried to kegal as much as I possibly could. I did the same when leaning to the left and and had to cut my session short as it became far too intense.
 
You should download Red's clamping guide it's sheer quality. With lot's of excellent photographs and descriptions of clamped exercises.

I've looked at it. I've tried aspects of this routine and liked it.
 
the clamping/bends is intense...i hold mine for a minute at a time...sometimes i can barely last a minute before i have to let go..it is definitely something you have to ease into and adjust..keep it up and the temp pump will become permanent..good luck
 
These are great. I believe these bends done with enough force, between the bending and pulling the head create a tunica stretch for length as well in the areas that are being targeted. I usually do 30-60 seconds in one direction kegaling with these bends and have had constant girth growth over time ( i do other things as well).

No joke bro. I was doing these and my dick became fatigued immediately. Usually my girth routine takes a while, 20-30 mins, but i was done in less than 15 yesterday.
 
Great to know about that and sure these do feel very intense. I still do the odd noctural bend haha when half asleep and wow they are mean.

You wake-up in the night to turn over or something and your erect. Grab your dick and do one.

This is a hot exercise right now. Everybody thats clamping doing it.:)
 
Clamped bends give me extreme girth expansion. But it doesnt seem like anyone reports there gains from them. So I will stick with them for awhile and update everyone on any gains.

Oh yea, Make shore you edge normal 10-15 minutes before jumping into this. Let your penis get the blood flowing on its own and after that clamp and the expansion should be great. I would clamp partial erect soon as I started my sessions and I wouldnt get good expansion until I started to edge 10-15 minutes beforehand.
 
wow i need to give these a try ive been trying to get to 6.5 midshaft for a while now

these might just be the ticket!
 
I remember when I came out with DLD Bends, I was a member at �other forum� and I got so much crap about how dangerous the exercise is. Today, even those guys are using it.
 
sorry can we just clarify what bends these are? Are the exactly like flaccid bends, just clamped/erect?

clamped and erect. bending your penis flaccid is pretty pointless because...well it's flaccid. it's supposed to be able to move whichever way when it's soft lol
