Is it ok to do clamp work every day? Or should I only do it every 2 days?

15 or 20 minutes a day feels ok for me but if I need to take an extra day to heal then I will, don't want to hold up my gains.
 
Hmm that is enitrely up to you, when i start my clamping on monday im gonna do it Mon - Friday , and have Time off on the weekend.
In the second week i will incorporate Exercises whilst clamped but for the fist week i will just have a plain clamp for 20-30 minutes.
 
Yes, exactly what T'E' says.
Do as you like, I just set-out guidelines in my guide as to what I myself have found beneficial and useful, but if you can cope with more time and/or more workdays [sessions] than tremendous.
Keep us informed with how the clamping goes.
 
cool, I would prefer to do the clamp work every day only taking a day off if I felt bruised but at the moment I feel good the next day.
I started off clamped for 10 minutes for a few days then I started adding exercises and then later time also.
It is a relief to get out of the clamp after 20 minutes though.

I'll let you know the results when I next measure.
 
I've been clamping every day with no problems.never go past turning purple
and use a heating pad to keep circulation up.I get a real good pump.
 
I got my Clamps today (tuesday) so i can finally start the exercises.
The ones i have are in Red's Guide.
 
I've been clamping every day for the past 2 months (with occasional rest days) and have been gaining great, almost .5"
I clamp for an average of 30 minutes total
I gauge it by soreness, it i'm not sore, IMO I'm ready for another session
 
I think I may have tightened the clamp too tight during my last session as I have a long thin lump on my penis starting at where I clamped. It almost feels like a hardened blood vessel but there is no discolouration at all.
It has scared the crap out of me so I am leaving clamping and jelqing alone for a while to see if things improve.

funny you should say this, I have got a small lump at the base of my penis aswell, where i used to clamp, but it actually seems to be a Spot, without a Head. Painfull to touch (like the soreness of a spot), but i think it is actually down to when i shaved the base of my cock (shaving spot) Perhaps i didnt use enough shaving foam of the blade i used was in need of a change Which i think it is. In the meantime ive got to stop clamping till it goes away, its like there is always something holding me back.
I guess I will Stick to BE for now, im startig to Apply cold water to my balls 2-3 times a day and i can tell you, i receommend you people do it.
 
Personally, I've always felt that given the extreme force applied when doing clamp work that we shouldn't make a habit of doing clamped exercises every day. My theory behind this is that in due time, the tunica will begin to strengthen and adapt to the amount of pressure applied to it by clamped exercises, and as time goes on it will take more and more pressure to yield any gains. There's only so much pressure you can put on your penis before things begin to become relatively dangerous... I don't necessarily have any case studies to base this off of, it's just my own personal opinion.

I personally feel a better girth routine would be one day of clamped work, one day of Supra Slammers....rinse, lather, and repeat as desired.
 
I cant see how constrictors affect the tunica, i thought they expanded the tubes inside the penis.
 
Girth is achieved by breaking down the tunica and causing it to grow back in a larger state then it previously existed. Unless in my absence from the board I missed a startling new revelation on the mechanics of constrictors, then they work no different than any other girth exercise would....except that with the aid of the cable-clamp or whatever constriction method you're using you can apply significantly more amounts of pressure to the tunica.

Yes, the THREE tubes in the penis which fill with blood are worked hard.
Also the Tunicae, infact whatever is inside the penis and can be inflated or hit by the extended blood flow/pressure.
If you do stretches while clamped, the Tunicae layers are hit more than a standard constricter, which is more for expanding and filling the three main tubes [chambers] , corpus spongiusm and corpus carponosa < X2.
 
This is more than a lump. It starts near the base and I can feel about 2 inches of it before it feels like it goes deep inside the penis. It feels like a vessel that is rock hard. Not painful unless I press on it.

Why are you applying cold water to your balls 3 x a day? :O
 
You could possibly have a thrombosed vein. If that's indeed the case you'll want to take asprin three times per day and perform a heated massage of the area whenever you can make the time. Some advise taking time off from girth work completely, but I found that when I had mine I just had to scale back the intensity of my girth work until the thrombosed vein had healed.

As for your question about applying cold water to your balls: The balls are located in your scrotum because they're extremely sensitive to heat. They can't be exposed to even the internal heat of your own body for too long before the germatic cells begin to mutate and take on adverse side effects. Soaking your balls in cold water is a great way to keep your balls from overheating, and it's also been rumored that doing so will help with your sperm production and testosterone production.
 
Ive heard its good for keeping you fertile, as the day goes on your testicles can be getting to warm trapped under them underpants and tight jeans, which is not good for the little buddies, to make sperm your balls have to be cold.

Could a thrombosed vein be colourless, I mean not visible by colour?
It is visible (as a lump) in places where I tighten the skin over it but there is no noticeable colour difference.

I always thought there would be discolouration with a thrombosed vein?
 
My lump has gone Red which has kinda confirmed my suspicon of it being a spot.
 
Hey why we at girthwork, Red when doing uli when clamped.
That hits both on length and girth right? Im just asking because of Red the expert is the professional clamper in here. =)
And yes i clamp everyday, or well i have been lazy but when im doing it right its everyday.
