Clamp and lenght question

Clamping delivers mostly girth. You may gain some length as the penis expands in all directions during girth work, but don’t expect a great deal. Yes, much safer methods exist, but fewer more powerful methods exist as clamping. You can do almost any .. yes ANY girth exercise CLAMPED to make it more powerful.

For example clamped Squish squash jelqs aka SSJs can be done clamped, but only for advanced users due to conditioning needed to be built up beforehand.

It really is a very niffy thing to include in a girth regimen.

DLD, you should incorporate it into your own girth methods and see what you think, nothing to be scared of. If anything I would have been more scared at twisting my dick round in the bundled stretch versus a clamp (like)

Just for you, if you wanted to stretch while clamped I created the CTS/TCS years back.
Nothing fancy in all honesty, its simply gripping underneath the glans, if your uncut pull the skin back, maybe wrap if it bothers you and pull while fully erect and clamped.

Simple as that!!! maybe more of a booster then a gainer, but still its something to think about if you clamp.

Im against days off , dont we want to keep the swollen state as long as possible , why guys take days off for girth work because i wont until i feel i cant perform

I never took a day off and when I was in my active training I trained the entire day. I did many things that the PE world said were bad and dangerous but that is exactly where I found my niche in creating exercise. So for me there’s never a day off even till today

I don’t think winter will ever take a day off, if he could he would probably add a few days to the week so he can train them too LOL
 
The thing that i want to fix is the warm up process , i dont do them , i used to put my peniz in a glass of hot water for 5 mins before train , i want to know if the warp up is a must , i read that helps to soften the tissues and avoid injuries i even heard that help in gains
 
No the warm-up it’s not important because you can warm up by simply starting out gentle in your routine and work your way up to maximum strength or intensity. I do suggest using the testicle health massage and stretch as a warm down as this will promote a heavier and longer penis, while warming you down.
 
Exactly as i think , why do warm up when you actually are warming up at the start of your session , is that what you mean
