Ok, I have to brag about something for a minute. I finally hit a legit 7.5 stretched length . Not out to the side, but from base to tip. I've been using a program D gave me for the last week and a half, and sitting on an extra .5 in a week and a half.....Hydromaxmm let me think.....D is the man. It's a hardcore program, but it's getting the results I want. Here's the thing. the only reason I feel it's been working so well is because of one exercise, it's made everything more pliable and seems to be very effective way to stretch past my current limits. Just gives it a little bit extra. This is only available to the paysite members . This is a plug for DLD's paysite.....ther info is free on the forum, but there is no replacement for being able to see the exercises being performed. D, you've helped me out so much since I've been a member and the support you give all of us is awesome. I'm calling out everyone to step up and join the paysite, cause it's worth every payment. The tunica traction stretch .....it's so awesome....it's one of those exercises D has on the meber site...

I do have to say though, that I do these three times a week, and it's part of a specific program D designed for those of us looking for the total package, length , girth, and width. So far it's the best program I've used, and it's made me gain a good deal in a short period of time compared to the last three months, when no progress seemed to be taking place....some what of a plateau I guess you would call it....So I'm bumping the paysite for DLD, cause it makes a huge difference in the workouts, I like knowing I'm doing the exercises correctly...and I'm a visual learner, so it's very helpful for me.....
