Im Going on 7on,0 off tomorrow--2 hours a day consisting of jelqing ,stretching ,and erect bends!!!!!!!


Hope this is where my big gains come from!!!!

Any hints ,clues, or help from people who have been on a program or routine kind of like mine!!!Only want length gains ---

Might wanna cut back just a bit on the routine, I believe with Penis Enlargement quality of your workout matters far more than quantity.

There was a poll a little while back of how long people spent Penis Enlargementing, and the majority spent tops about 1 hour to an hour and a half on their routine per day. Also rest days are your friend. You don't wanna make your buddy immune to the exercises you're doing too fast, rest days help keep 'im maleable is my understanding, as well as possibilities of gaining on rest days.

I know ItsElectric had like a .25 inch or so girth gain on a rest day! Right now I myself am on a 5 on 2 off kinda schedule, depending on how I'm feeling.

But if you wanna continue with a 7 on 0 off routine make sure to be aware of what's happening down below! Good luck!

Are you planning of doing DLD Bends or reguar erect bends? What is the layout of your program...is it a split routine?

Yea, I wouldnt hit girth every day either. Hope you see gains though. You will most likely plateu VERY quickly on this type of routine because youre never giving the tissues a break. Length work on the other hand can be done pretty much daily. I dont know how to really put it clearly, but girth and length work are just different. They fatigue the penis differently. That's been my personal experience over the last 5 years +. When I hit girth every day, my hands are so worn out from all the exercises, and squeezes that I dont get very effective workouts after the first couple days because there's less squeezing strength in my hands.

Well basically just regular erect bends---110%erect as erect as i can get then i just bend the penis from the base and work my way up to the glands--i bend for 10 seconds then i flop my penis around for 30 seconds then continue-----

And no it is not a split routine its str8 2 hours no breaks --1 routine then i just quit but i stretch and pull all day long---

Ideas,Helpful hints????????????????????????????????????

Yea stock up on pain killers ....your hands will be really sore.

I too am now placing a bit more emphasis on length work (even though it is not as fun as girth work). I used to jelq for 45 mins to an hour daily, but like SWM said, my hands and arms were getting too fatigued that my workouts were not very effective. I am going continue stretching daily and may do girth work every other day and see how that goes.

For me my hands do get really sore pretty bad but i just push it because i think i can get a big penis PLUS have a hard grip along with it---haha!!!!

Anybody know how to do DLD bends????

Going for length -I usually do erect bends and then stretch so hopefully that will give me great length gains --Right???
