Hello all.

Does anyone know how we can cement gain? I been at it for long time however I can see temporary gain more then the real ones. How cement gains?

Erect stretching is the best way to secure gains and to close the gap between your Erect Length and your Bone Pressed Flaccid Length. A good, daily 5 minutes will do the trick.

Thanks for that, do you think I shall do Manual Erect stretching or hanger kind erect stretching. can you please elbaorate more

Keep your stretching routine as is but add in another 5 minutes of Manual Erect Stretches. You could do them using the LengthMaster if you are able to stay erect in the chamber but if not go manual.

Staying erect in the length master?

Erect stretching can cause major skin burn for me how about erect squeezes to cement?
 
I think the best way to cement gains is to continue to do PE. If you can .25'' of temporary gains then when you gain another .25'' of temporary gains the original .25'' temporary gains will be cemented. These are just random lengths i chose for the purpose of explanation. Hope it helps though.

It wasn't mentioned here, but if I was you I would also look into an ADS type device. Assuming you don't have one already.

I own an ADS but I can't really stay in it for longer then 1 hour i get some burning sensation at the base of my penis.
Uncle jim strap seems to be better for me. Thoughts?

UJW would work or some type of sleeve. From how you said it, I got the assumption that you've already tried it or currently use it (UJW).


Does the burning pain you feel from your ADS come from the actual extender digging into your pelvic area? Or is it the skin @ the base or the shaft itself?
What type of strapping device is it (noose, velcro, ETC)?
 
I use a normal Bandage and attach a srtipe. which is the same i use ofor hanging. very DIY but quite effective.
When i wear my Extender I try to do an hour where it is stretching down and one hour where it is stretching up as my LOT is quite high almost 12 oclock
i get the pain after a while but only on the lower position. It is kind of mixture burining beween the skin burn and the Tunica. It's almost like the pain when you are Chem PE and get that burning after PGE injections. Should I just stick to UJW and drop the extennder or is there anything else can Help with the pain? you mean wrap it while i am gonna wear the extender? Impossible my base is too large 6 inch, it can barely get into the ADS. :(


None of those (noose, velcro..) very rudimentary but I gained almost an 1 inch with it from 6.1 to 7 over 2 years. Do you think I should upgrade? since i ma way over the newbie gains?

Appreciate any suggestion as I hit a plateaux for over 2 month. However I started a new the SRT routine last week I am hoping to break this damn plateau.

SRT will help. I wear my extender for hours as long as I dont have to piss. Sometimes i just sneak off for a few seconds and decrease tension. Then in a bit ill increase the tension back up. I dont use an SG though. My extender has threaded rods (the best in my opinion).
 
@youknowme123321 is it a DIY or bouhgt? have you gained from it?

Cementing gains means you hold the tissue at the expansion and force/intensity until it stays.
It means doing what you did to get temporary gains for as long as it takes to maintain it. Not more not less. All while having a working healthy dick. Its the art of PE to find the right tune for yourself.

Uncle Jim's Wrap is really for healing in an elongated state while the SizeGenetics is for active gaining but it can also be used to cement gains. If the SizeGenetics is giving you wearing issues I suggest you grab a VLC attachment to use with it, this will solve the discomfort issues. If you want to try something less expensive, and it is included with the SizeGenetics Package, the Velcro Strip modification can be much more comfortable than the standard connection.

Mind sharing a few pics of the device you use? How to make it? Use it? Remove it? etc etc... I would like to start with something like that at first before I step up to the SG.

Nope. When I say ADS I don't mean the UJW or another sleeve. Just meant an actual extender. These don't really stretch all that well (UJW/sleeves) (depending on how they're set up). They mainly just provide anti-turtle support. You can get some stretch out of them, but they're pretty difficult to get your penis to stretch around your normal BPEL/BPFSL lengths. Otherwise, people wouldn't be purchasing extenders :cool: .

The UJW can get a pretty good stretch, but you're going to have to tape a bit and you still could get pain depending on how tight you tape and how far the stretch is. That all depends on how you've set it up. Some people claim it could adverse effects if you make things too tight, as this could be effecting girth by squishing the penis. A sleeve is at least expandable depending on how tough it is.

Upgrade routine or extender? If you're already gaining and have been gaining, I would keep things the same w/ the inclusion of adding things to help your further routine/gains progress. I wouldn't drastically change much or exclude stuff from your current routine(s) unless you mean you've exhausted your newbie gains (which you stated you did). You might put more emphasis on hanging since you already stated you do this, but didn't mention the extent of your hanging routine. I only referenced extending/ADS's since this will help w/ the cementing of gains.

Exactly, I can't really stretch further then my BPFSL anyway in the size genetic or with UJW, I can get probably 2mm but thats it. I own a size genetic and I have a DIY UJW.

When I hand or UJ Strap I just node close to the head and attach to hanging weight / attach to under my kneee I get pretty good stretch and feel it when I walk especially and kind of like that feeling. so I dont get much hindering on girth as I dont wrap it I just attach it close to the head and let the head stop it from falling.

My extennder is the size genetic when I wear i dont get much pain in the gland but more at the base closer to my balls.

Sleeve as in while healing? soemthing like the divo cup or wrap it while using the extender? How to wrap it while with the extender My base can barely fit through the hole close to the base its extremely tight.... :( I thought maybe cos I grown quite a good amount since I first bought the Size genetic and now at the base it get super painful after a while

Nope referring to UJW - It a normal bondage spandex I wrap around my head do a nod and attach to under my kneee. I made sure to wet the spandex for few days and let it dry so it loose that elasticity while still maintaining some flexibility.

Routine wise I did I am on the SRT now and Pushed jelqing and Hanging further then my limit. I meant upgrading size genetic with probably a wider base. do they have this option?
