I was just wondering what causes premature ejaculation. I used to be able to last however i wanted, but now I bust after like 5 minutes in a pussy. I can last forever getting head, but as soon as i start stroking in a pussy i start to lose it even if i go slow. I edge and do kegels, but still it doesn't change. Could it be from high blood pressure? I recently got my blood pressure taken and it's super high and my heartbeat is kinda high too, even though i'm only 20 and not even remotely overweight (pretty sure it's from stress)
 
From what I know, high blood pressure can cause this kind of thing to happen. Associated with stress this only makes the problem worse. If you can lower your stress somehow and get your blood pressure down this should help you get back to the old way of being able to last as long as you want to.
 
Anxiety has alot to do with it. Its mostly mental. When you think your going to come to fast.....you will

Hey rebel2011! Yeah I've not been around for a bit - have been going through some rough times... had to take some time off of doing things to recollect myself and just get my head straight. But I should be back around a little bit more and starting to continue back to getting my gains. Looking forward to kind of a "new" beginning with getting my gains going again.

How have your gains been going?
 
I got to just around 6.25. I ordered the length master a few weeks back and that's killer! I haven't measured in a while but Im hoping for 6.5 my 1-1-12. Anyways if u haven't read bout it the vlc is the Shit for Sg! No more velcro and cold heads or pain and slipping. I wore my vlc without the Sg all night while i slept Friday and when i woke up my glans were warm and moist. Check it out! I gotta figure out how to use the shoulder strap so i can lightly stretch all night. Its pretty sweet

Causes are mainly psychological, we fear or expect that we will have an issue an it manifests itself due to the thought process. The reasons are not as important as the solution. There are several ways youc an approach this. On the Matters of Size Member Site I have a few exercises that are based in a cognitive environment that will help you train you mind to think differently. These exercises will also help go for as long as you like, but you will need to master them. I personally can have sex for as long as I like and I fully control when I come. Pre-Mature Ejaculation

Pre-Mature Ejaculation is something many men suffer with. I have found many different ideas in helping with this that I have included below. I do want to say that this problem will fade from simply doing my program. When most men, myself included, got familiar with manual penis enlargement exercise the problem just seems to fade. The reason this problem does go away is the constant stimulation of the exercises. This constant stimulus trains the penis to last longer and longer. Also mastering the thought process and changing the way we see things, or our perspective, you will be able to go for ever! In the mean time here are some great techniques.:

Becoming in touch with your orgasm
There is a very fine line between cuming and about to cum. making this distinction is the first step in having more staying power.

Identify your brink of orgasm
You will want to identify the fine line that separates cuming from about to cum. During this period pay special attention to what brings you almost to orgasm. What are your thoughts? How long does it take to get there? Keep Track of this information for future reference. The goal here is to paint a mental picture of your orgasm and identify just what brings you to this brink and what you can do to stop it.

Breathing to Reduce Excitement
Simply taking a deep breath at the brink of orgasm is a very effective way to reduce your excitement level and reset your orgasm. It does not work for everyone but it is worth trying.

Breathing to Reset Orgasm
When you feel that you are getting too close to orgasm, just completely stop and take a deep breath. Give yourself a minute or two to reset your mental orgasm. Once you feel that you have reset this mental orgasm continue with the confidence that the physical orgasm is far off. You will find with practice this process will give you longer and longer periods of staying power. Eventually this mental reset will happen automatically with no pause.

The Squeeze Techniques
When you feel close to your orgasm completely stop, pull out, take a deep breath and apply one of these two squeezing methods. One method usually works better for men than the other so try them both.

BASE SQUEEZE: at the brink of orgasm stop, take a deep breath. Using the OK grip squeeze the base of your penis and squeeze until the urge has faded.

UP SQUEEZE: at the brink of orgasm stop, take a deep breath. Using the forefinger and thumb squeeze the top and bottom of your penis just below the glans until the urge to orgasm has faded.

DLD Push
The DLD Push is a technique to prolong orgasm and remain erect after orgasm. This method involved a hard reverse kegel right at the brink of orgasm. It takes some practice but once it is mastered 4-5 orgasms are possible.

Reverse Psychology
A great technique that seems to work very well for me is the Reverse Psychology method. Previously to having sex I convince myself that I am going to have problems ejaculation.

i do all the breathing exercises already. i've been using those since i learned about it from reading the Sex God Method (really good book). i'm gonna try the reverse kegel next time i'm with my girl. as it is, i already know when i'm about to bust. i edge so i'm used to the feelings. it's just that once i get to a certain point i really can't stop. plus, i hate having to stop after every 10-20 strokes just to get it back down

Anxiety, Depression, Stress are the main causes. Other causes are thyroid disorders, a prostate or urethra infection, abnormal ejaculatory system reflex activity, nervous system damage from surgery or trauma or abnormal hormone or brain chemical levels. I recommend to do mental training to get rid of stress and to gain confidence and physical training like PC muscle, Kegel exercise to be able to control muscles before and during ejaculation.
 
Wouldn't a reverse kegel cause you to cum faster though, after all you are doing reverse kegels when you force out your pee. So if reverse kegels force out your piss shouldn't they force out your cum as well when you are about to bust a load.

Not in every case and it is a very delicate movement that is needed to make Reverse Kegels a formidable method of lasting longer and stopping the orgasm process. For me it is gentle kegel, kegel, kegel, then a reverse Kegel, in pulses...over and over. In this pulsing exercise between the two I find the ability to last forever. It did take practice of rhytHydromax and mantras to the positive like; "I can last forever" or "I am super man in the bed" Etc.
