FWIW, after using Phallosan Forte for six months with an average duration of 3.16 hours/day, I saw a EL gain of 0.5". Bringing me to a decent 6.5". I didn't see any EG increase at any point - head / mid / base, which remain at 4.5 / 4.75 / 5.5".

Aesthetically, everything hangs out more and external genitalia are fuller. My impression is that the root or base has been pulled out that 0.5" and that area seems somewhat protruded. Everything works just fine.

Again, these results are casual and I don't have good opportunities to wear this more often and for longer (type of work, family, kids, etc.), but nonetheless its encouraging and pretty cool; I should have started doing this years ago.

Onward an upward, I mean, leftward and rightward!

That’s great news and congratulations on making the gains. I wouldn’t expect to get any girth from the PF. For a girth I would look at the SRT program called 5×5×3, the brings the fastest girth.

Hello DLD. I'm interested in more girth and head expension. Where would I find info on the SRT 5x5x3 program?

Thank you.

It’s in the SRT thread simply scroll down and you’ll see 5×5×3 work out.

Hi Guys

Voorhees, are you still lurking around the forum. I've got a question my brother.

I've had a few more minor issues since starting back. Mainly skin peeling on the glans when only using low to moderate pressure (medium bell) and low to moderate belt tension (mainly green, sometimes yellow). Not sure if this means the potential for another blister? It is happening in almost the same location as before but slighlty shifted to one side.

Also been having breaks every hour or so to release pressure in the bell to keep blood flow to the glans. The skin seems good and I've been using an oil called "Bio Oil" to keep things subtle but some mornings I wake up and think, "shit, that's peeling again, what a pain in the ass".

I also cut back on my time in the PF. Now down to (at most) 4hrs a day except for the occasional longer runs on the weekend.

Can't use the PF cap as it's too thick (seems to squash/crush the glans) and I've cut the end out of the only Silicap I have (at the moment). I'll have to get more Silicaps but I find caps (in general) uncomfortable. Did you get these issues after your first blister.

On top of this I'm still occasionally losing suction pressure.

The whole thing is driving me nuts. I'm going to start researching a Silistretcher and I'm planning on buying one. I'm hopeful it's a better product (in every way) and doesn't cause the same issues.

I'm also thinking of getting a pump (I've got a bathmate but it's too big, might need a smaller one) to use for short periods to not only help with girth, but also hopefully use to slowly condition the skin on the glans to cope with pressure and expension.

I'm also thinking of trying the new transparent long (user cuts to length) Silisleeve/Silicap to see if that works as a better form of glan and shaft protection.

Any advice (from anyone) would be very welcome.

Hi All

Without wanting to appear that I'm talking to myself and have totally lost the plot, here's a minor update.

I've switched from using the Bio Oil to using a Shea Butter moisturiser and this has made a massive difference, at least for me (and in terms of reducing skin related issues).

Although both are somewhat oil based, what I've found is that the Bio Oil is meant to treat/reduce scar tissue. From that discovery I concluded that the oil probably contains co-factors that tend to "break down" the skin (eg: break up scar tissue) so although I thought this was the perfect solution to assist in healing, I think almost the complete opposite was happening.

I'll update again soon once I've given this new cream a good go. By all accounts, the results in just 24hrs have been astonishing. Hopefully that trend continues.

Hey Darb, I only just saw this. I still occasionally get a little dry skin/peeling, it's annoying I know ? I wonder if any of the silistretcher guys experience this? I came across a cream at chemist discount warehouse (I think it was, maybe chempro) that originally I bought as a bit of a joke but it actually goes pretty well as a skin care product, I'll post the pics, someone here more knowledgeable than me could probably tell you what ingredients are the ones most beneficial?

I'm also going to give the full length sleeve/cap a go, for the sake of testing the difference, just saving my pennies for now cause I want to grab that MosRed as well, might as well get it all together and save on the shipping.

Anyways, here's the cream I've been using;

I’m pretty sure if you’re buying both your shipping will be free. I think that’s a special we have going right now.

Regarding the cream you posted the picture of; Jojoba seed oil is about the best ingredient in it. It's possible to buy that alone and combine some essential oils to if you want to. (As in Eroset's Vein Oil. Eroset's Vein Oil - for thrombosis and more - Matters of Size | Penis Enlargement, Body Modifications & Peyronies Forums )

Interesting how it has many extracts. Mucuna Pruriensis I like, although I take it internally for mood elevation.
Tribulus is something that I've used, internally as well. Should help with testosterone.
If the cream works, no bigger reason to quit using it.

I personally like Shea butter. From oils Jojoba and Almond oil are quite nice. Apricot Kernel oil should be good as well.
You can use a search engine to check for comedogenic ratings related to oils etc.. It's a personal choice and skintypes vary.
I personally can't use coconut oil even though I'd like to use it; even in great virgin quality it seems to clog my pores.

Here's what I've been using. It's been outstanding and completely eliminated dry/peeling skin issues. I even put it on when in the PF to keep things soft/moist. I think the dry skin and peeling is a vicious cycle. You dry out using the PF due to the pumping of the glans in the bell. Then you start to peel. Then the skin thins out. Then you start all over again and in my opinion you don't have sufficient time to thicken the skin in this area. That can then lead to the blisters.

The skin thinning out also causes the area to become over sensitive and in some cases sore. I already struggle with premature ejaculation so adding sensitivity to this area isn't desirable for me.

It might be early days, but since using the cream I haven't had ANY issues whatsoever. I haven't experienced ANY skin peeling. Here is what I've been using. Good stuff.

I just notice my skin peeling too kind of irritates me I've been using the silistretcher and hanging everyday nearly almost 24 hours including wear ADS sleeves just looking for something to stop the peeling

Everyone should have two creams on hand at all times. Bacitracin and hydrocortisone. Between these two creams you will never have skin issues. Use a bit of hydrocortisone after you’ve trained and it will keep your skin supple and it will eliminate itchiness, redness, dryness and a host of other skin issues.

Bacitracin you should have on hand for if you ever have an open cut or sore and it also works on blisters after they have parked. The importance of bacitracin is it allows you to heal quicker with less scarring

Yes you want to use powder when training but when you’re finished with everything you want to use hydrocortisone to keep your penis in perfect shape skin wise
