The hydrocortisone is incredibly effective in keeping the skin in top condition, since i got a tube with my MosRed I haven't used anything else.

I wish the whole world would hear you and take your advice. It’s such an inexpensive way to keep your skin in tiptop condition. When we do PE we have to expect skin issues to arise and when they do we need to be prepared for that. Using hydrocortisone every day keeps your skin in perfect condition. And if you ever end up with a cut or some kind of sore bacitracin is the other miracle ointment.

I'm New here, but been experimenting with enlargement products for many years so I'll share a quick 2 cents on Phallosan...
I never wear the silicone glans cover. Never liked it but I know about getting blisters. ? Some say poke holes in it but I prefer to get by without it.
Guess I keep things a bit more simple but may not work for everyone (disclaimer, lol)
I just put some Vitamin E oil on the glans before inserting into the bell. I don't use any powder; I never did. No problems, tears, ever.
Washing the sleeve with soap/water provides a better grip than powder. Powder didn't help or make sense, at least in my experiences.
Push the rolled corner of a towel through it, squeeze to dry, pull it gently over the bell, roll it down, yadda, yadda.
I rarely wear it for more than 5 hours/day, never while sleeping and off one day/week. Don't wear sleeping for fear of blisters...they put a stop to everything so I don't chance it, but I understand some people can't wear during the day for various reasons.
If a part or tip of your glans starts to feel sensitive/sore after wearing, that's a layer of skin starting to weaken from too much pressure/pull. If you go off a few days, you'll see a thin layer dry up and rub off, doesn't hurt... that would've become a blister had you not taken a break. At least that's been my observation. If I make sure there's some "spring" left in the tension and I don't have a problem. Gained just over 2" in a couple years, even with a few forced months off.
Before Phallosan, I had a BF who was 6" erect while I was less...but flaccid, he looked very small compared to me. That was because of my previous hanging, pumping; BUT, it wasn't until after Phallosan that my flaccid size as well as my erect size grew a lot. Great product! It's proven Science, not Magic, lol.
BTW - I'm currently using the Medium Sleeve with the Large Bell and no problems. I was at max glans size in the Medium Bell and wanted to step up. This was possible for me since the Large Sleeve wouldn't yet keep a shaft seal with the Large Bell. You may wish to try this for yourself.

Thanks for your review and experience I truly appreciate it as I am sure many other brothers do. Check out the StealthStretcher or SiliStretcher in comparison to the Phallosan and let me know your thoughts
