Cardio Workouts, NEED HELP

Hey, I just jumped on the scale , and saw that I'm 180 pounds, and I was like, "WTF IS THAT SHIT!?". I'm 5'9" and want to know some good cardio workouts you guys do? All my life, I've done cardio workouts like long distance running, and stuff, but never really notice any differences except for increased fitness and stanima. What are some of your cardio workouts guys?

Jumping rope is great, and invest in a punching bag. Both are great cardio and the bag works your arms and your stress levels as well. Except you have to keep your wrist aligned, if you punch to hard with a misaligned wrist you can break it.
