Yeah maybe because you don't need to look at her face doggy.

(it's not you, it's her?)

How old are you ? How long have you been with this girl? Do you truly fancy her? If so do you get turned on when you kiss her, when she touches your cock? I ask these questions simply because if you get turned on when you kiss her or she touches you then everything is fine, if you are only loosing it during sex then it's in your head.
Pretty much all of our sexual problem's are mental. If it's not related then it's performance anxiety. That shit can raise it's ugly head no matter how old you are or how much you fancy your girl, once you have a bad experience in the sack it's in your head and you automatically think about it the next time you are going to have sex. Now this is the problem! You will be thinking I hope I don't loose it and guess what, you are going to loose it!
Now you state that you are good to go when you hit it from the back so that's a position that really turns you on which is a positive. My advice to you is simple, if she turns you on enough to fuck then fuck her from the back straight away, don't mess about with mish coz yu are going to loose your shit! Just hit it from the back , pull her hair and slap her ass and have fun coz that's what sex is all about.

How would you define "abused"?

Gotta make sure to take the recommended amount on the directions of the viagra bottle or whatever you have it in

Whenever I used viagra I would never have the full tablet, I would take a 1/4 -1/2 and still get the desired effect but to be honest it was not a solution to the problem, in fact it made things worse because I feared I wouldn't be able to perform without the magical tablet. Much better to sort it out without them, unless you really need them due to age/ low testosterone or some medical reason the problem will performance anxiety and can be fixed.

Yeah the natural remedy of kegels and edging will ultimately be the best help.

Isn't that stuff dangerous nowadys?

No way! It is not addictive in any physical way and the side effects are very minimal. All you are doing is introducing more oxygen into your blood.

performance anxiety is all in a person's mind. The more you think about not being able to perform the more you won't be able to perform and not thinking about it is extremely hard to do. But it can be overcome.

Performance anxiety is all in a person's mind, but erectile dysfunction is not, necessarily.

As for Viagra - I, too, never take the full pill. NEVER. There are several reasons for this.

1) I don't need the full thing, and so each individual tablet can do me for two really good sex sessions.

2) It's cost-effective. Saves money. Your Viagra lasts twice as long.

3) Lessens the chance of side-effects

But IS Viagra safe?

First of all, there are factors, as most guys who take Viagra will know. How's your general health? How's that blood pressure? How's your heart? Are you diabetic? These things can partially determine how safe Viagra is for you. I think Viagra is (going on my experience) the ED drug most likely to cause side effects. The likelihood and severity of those side effects depends on a) your general health, b) your dosage and frequency, and c) the quality of the drug itself.

For example, is it Viagra? Is it the blue pill? Or is it a generic Sildenafil? If it's generic, take the time to do your research before you buy it (or at least before you pop it, please!) Not all generics are created equally, nor do they score the same in reviews. Did you get it on prescription from your doctor, or did you buy it online? Did you buy it from a reputable website , or did you respond to an email in your spam folder? (Of course not. You're smarter than that.) Or, did you buy it, or were you given it by a guy in a bar/at a party/back alley? KNOW where your ED drugs came from. Please.

Is it Cialis? Well good, because that has less recorded side effects and a lower frequency.

But there's more to confuse you. Some doctors say don't take Viagra more than once a week. Some say more often is ok. Some say it goes by dosage - no more than 150mg a week (alright then, divide it up and you should be okay). But there are articles out there which say taking one a DAY can reverse erectile dyafunction over time, OR help avoid ED completely. So......which is it??

My experiences with ED meds are as follows:

Tried the official blue pill. It was expensive, but boy was my cock big and hard. My girlfriend was stunned and got the tape out, measuring me at 7 inches NBPEL (I'm typically 6.5 BPEL tops.) I fucked like a machine and she came like crazy. I was still getting immense erections 16 hours later - BUT - my eyes looked like I'd been smoking weed, my face was red and flushed and the erections kinda hurt. Worth it now and again for the extra size. Wtf that is about or HTF that even happens, because surely it's impossible, is beyond me.

Generic Sildenafil? Well, I get that from a reputable online pharmacy here in the UK. It is significantly cheaper than branded Viagra. It does exactly what it's supposed to, gets to work a little faster than Viagra, and is still having effect up to 24 hours later. My EQ is fabulous but I don't get the size boost. I max out at 6.5 no problems and I'm cool with that. No red eyes, no painful boners, but I DO get mild pains in my chest and arms, which scares me a little bit, but it passes and I'm always fine. Puts my heart rate up almost 30 points, too.

Cialis?

Well, no side effects whatsoever with this, gets to work way faster than Sildenafil, but the erections aren't quite as solid or impressive. A lower dose, though, so that makes sense. More expensive than generic Sildenafil, and the effects last plenty long enough, but for me the only advantage is the lack of side effects (surely a good enough advantage!)

I haven't tried Levitra, nor have I tried Spedra (not enough info available about Spedra yet, and I don't take chances with medication).

For safety's sake, Cialis do a one-a-day tablet, which sounds fantastic for guys genuinely suffering from bad ED. By all accounts it is safe to take every day, and if you're lucky enough to have a horny-ass wife, this has to be a Godsend. However - you better be making good bank, because a 28 day supply of this is a couple of hundred UK Pounds. Imagine that every month? Oh dear!

There are concerns about the effects of long-term or regular use on the heart - capillaries dilate, heart rate increases, and then throw in the added stress of the vigorous seeing-to you're administering, and yeah, it comes as no surprise to hear that could put older, less physically fit guys - and guys with pre-existing heart conditions - at risk. So I use ED medication sparingly, and only recreationally rather than necessarily, even though I'm fairly fit and have a medical check-up every 12 months (blood, heart etc) and by all accounts am in better shape than I have any right to be (39 years old, smoke 15-20 a day and most definitely no stranger to a cheeseburger).

These are only MY experiences with ED medications though, and everybody's mileage will likely vary.

In addition to that extremely long-winded post (apologies, btw) I will add - I've had bouts of ED in my time, for sure. I think almost all of them are psychological, although my most recent exeperience was scary - no morning wood, nothing. And I was reliant on medication to get me going.

I took the following to help:

L-Arginine
Pycnogenol
Watermelon (it contains L-Citrulline)
Pistachios
Cut back on smoking
Cut back on alcohol
Cut back on caffeine
Kegelled like a maniac

....and my erections came back within a week. Not great EQ, but they came back. PE has definitely had a positive effect on my wood, but my EQ is still only about 80-90% and doesn't last fantastically long. I attribute this to smoking, but it is so damn hard to quit, even with the motivation of better EQ.

The main side-effect of Viagra is what you want... raging erection
You do have to be careful if you are using medication for High-pressure or Heart Disease, it can be a fatal combination.

IMO unless you suffer with ED I wouldn't use them, I am only saying this from personal experience because my problems were definitely mental and I had been suffering with this problem for over 3 years. For me viagra was a get out of jail card, it was a safe bet. Not having to worry about being able to perform after picking up a woman after a night on the town is great but when you are in this routine you have to keep it up, I did this for a very long time and even did it when I got with a girl who I have relationship with now. That relationship was based on a lie! I used viagra from the very first time we had sex and she had no idea I was using them and of course she thought I was amazing! I got to the point where I was thinking ahead to whether we would be having sex that night and i would pop a 1/4 of viagra and I did this on a daily basis! Some nights we wouldn't have sex coz she would fall asleep 😮 but then came the times when I didn't have the little blue pill and sex would be on the cards and then the problems would start. I couldn't get it up, I would loose it and my girl would be baffled, she had a very good reason for being confused, I had been fucking her like a star for months! she was very understanding at first but then the problems continued and she began to think it was her that was the problem ! That I didn't fancy her, that she didn't turn me on!! This caused alot of problems. So for me I had to quit taking anything and sort it out on my own without the help of that little blue pill.
Just my opinion and experience but I thought I would share.
To the young man who started this thread I wish you luck in sorting out your dilemma and from the way you have described it the problem resides in your head and that can be fixed without the blue pill.

Viagra, I been offered it by guys 20-years younger than me and was told it's awesome and I should try it. I tell them I don't need it, and they never believe me, and tell me I'm lying because of my age. I probably never will since I been doing regular PE-training as a regiment for good sexual-health.

Personally, I don't do any self-medicating outside of headaches or colds only to prevent them from becoming worst or absolutely necessary. I never liked the side-effects of medication whether prescribed or over-the-counter. My younger days (late teens-early 20s) I did my brief share of drug experimenting. Never like the hard drugs, the synthetics, or even alcohol, tried them once, twice at most. The only one that suited me was Marijuana. I have 4-siblings, and I'm in the middle. All of them became Drug-Addicts and Alcoholics, which only one is sober now, one has been homeless for 20-years, and one past away from self-abuse for years. I never understood how I never followed suit with them. I been depressed most of life and could have easily drowned my sorrows in Alcohol & Drugs, but never did. I did have a nicotine addiction where I smoked 2.5 pack of cigarettes a day for 10-years and quit cold-turkey over 34 years ago. I paid the price for that addiction with developing Bladder Cancer 30 years later and now 2-years in remission. I went through 4-surgeries, several treatments, was prescribed pain-relievers and never took any, only the anti-flammatory medication on an occasion because excessive use eventually does damage to the liver. This is just my view and the way I manage my body for good-health into old age. I believe everything you do in life, you will eventually have to pay for it, whether you want to or not.

Drug-Addiction is a Disease, you get from "It Won't Happen to Me" syndrome.

To each his own, enjoy your life the way you like...choose wisely.

Yeah, you know I tend to agree. Many people on here who bang on about viagra not leading to (psychological) dependence probably don't actually have sex with real people or very often.

If you always take it to fuck, you'll freak out when it's not available and you're back to square one because of performance anxiety.

Yeah it can become an addiction because of your "necessity"
