Can using a pump sleeve take vaccum pressure off the base of the penis uneven growth?

Hi guys I have been experiencing some trouble with the penomet putting pressure on my spermatic cords and
I decided to buy some universal pump sleeves and I ran into a dilemma.

After cutting a few slits into the sleeves for easier entry I tried them out and this is what comes to mind but I am unsure.
The pump sleeve goes 2 or 3 inches above the gaiters base which means 2 or 3 inches of your penis is below the pump sleeve .
Does this effect the vacuum on base of the penis?
I am worried it could promote uneven growth and give the baseball bat effect.

Or is it possible since the vaccum is no longer on the gaiters edges its put more on the shaft (I already know it does this)
but the question is does it also put more pressure on the shaft below the pump sleeve or does it deprive it of pressure?

Let me know what you guys think id appreciate any input.

It does affect the friction in my opinion a lot, depending how big you've made the slits.
I wouldn't say that there's a definite chance for baseball bat effect, but if possible it's best to switch pumping with and without the sleeve from time to time.

The sleeve will create a " ring effect", as you have noticed your shaft can get more work out. But overall, I feel the pressure will be quite through and through, not that dramatic change.

One thing, have you tried using the Penomet so that slanted lip sits on your pubic bone? (As in upside down.) I do this quite often, works for me!
Also, remembering good warm ups, as in some testicle massage and slight massage on the pubic bone area could make a big difference. Especially on the pubic bone area, to make the ligaments relaxed.

I hope this made some sense. If you haven't tried using the unit upside down, try that, might be the trick!
Remember Slow Squash Jelqs as well; those will surely take care that you'll be growing a penis that is symmetrical.

I have not tried that actually but I will go ahead and give it a go upside down.
So have you ever experienced anything similar to what I am experiencing?
I think it is the vas deferens or a ligament of some kind.
Leaves me with a dull aching feeling in the pubic area.
My balls are just fine though its only the pubic region.
Its possible it could go away the more I get used to pumping sometimes your body can toughen up certain areas.
I am new to the penomet and I am using the purple gaiter atm.

As far as if there is a risk for uneven growth I have not found anyone online reporting such an issue.
I would prefer to just pump without the sleeve but if its too painful and I never adapt then I will have to go the sleeve route.
I could try to alternate you make a good point but if that proves too painful then I will have to stick with what is more comfortable again.

In the beginning there will be soreness at the base, especially in the first 2 months. It soon subsides and pumping becomes easier and less painful. You already got some great advice, lets see where this takes you.

I have experienced some discomfort at times and for that using the Penomet upside down has helped. It gives a bit more slack on the cords and pubic bone.

As long it's not sharp pain, you're not in a danger according to many testimonials and guidelines.
And you mentioned you're new to the Penomet, so basically the ache can be more pronounced in the beginning. Just take your time and let your body come accustomed to pumping .

So, I hope using it upside down helps; those sleeves break after a while in my opinion and it makes the process of pumping less intuitive in my opinion.

Let us know how it all works out!

So amazing how just a change in the position of the pump makes a world of difference. The same applies to the BathMate.

Exactly why I have decided not to use the pumping sleeve .
Its too unknown and opens up a can of worms.

I really hope I can use this thing without the pain otherwise it will be returned.
I am only on purple and suffering from this kind of pain already.
However I did do 20 minutes for 5 days straight this might be the culprit of the pain but
that is what the manual calls for on purple for a couple weeks.
Time will tell I should know rather quickly.
Right now I am resting.

20 minutes straight or rest in between? I really suggest looking at 5x5x3 program, where you pump for five minutes, then Slow Squash Jelq for five minutes, repeat three times.

If you've gone 20 minutes straight, it truly can be too much for your body, even with the purple gaiter. Even I don't go 20 minutes straight nowadays.

Anyhow, do some resting, light massage and such. Give it a few days. The manual might say for five days straight, but we're individuals and must listen to our bodies. For some 2 days on, 1 day off might work out better. Or 1 on, 1 off.
Personally my pumping sessions have around 24 hours apart most of the times. Between that time I might do some light stretching , testicle health massage and such.

Does anyone pump longer than 20 mins?
When do you know to increase time periods?

Also, is it better to do more sets at lower pressure or less sets at a higher pressure?

Always pump at higher pressure to get meaningful expansion. I don't think there is anyone in the forum pumping at low pressure and making gains. Highest time I have pumped is 10 mins.

Some men do go into the 20+ minutes area but usually end up with lots of fluid retention . If doing 20 minutes I would get in at least one break of 5 minutes to do SSJ to work out any fluid retention . This is discussed in SRT and is a very smart way to go. That actual workout is even less, it is 5 minutes full intensity in the BathMate and then 5 minutes of SlowSquashJelq and repeat 3 times. This has brought the best gains for most but as I said, some men can go longer than the 5 minutes without retention , in this case the workout should be adjusted.

I think Acromegaly used to pump for 20 mins a few times but he was always jelqing too.

Like I said some people can go a long time with out all the retention . Twenty minutes is a great deal of time without retention . I set teh SRT routine at 5 minutes because that is usually when men start taking on water , the SSJ erases this and then you continue. I would love it if someone would do 20 x 5 x 3 that would be a monster workout, I guarantee an inch temp gain the first session!

Doing a 20 mins pumping set will require very low pressure pumping .

I have heard of men going 20 minutes full force with no retention . It is rare and I wish I could remember the Brothers who were doing it, but they did get incredible growth from long sessions couples with the SSJ.
I remember a guy who was doing it but he is no longer available at this time. He has a progress log.

Probably the same guy I was thinking of. I know some guys going 10 minutes with no problems too. I guess the best way to test is to see how long you can pump before you take on water and that would be you maximum time in the BathMate and from there you would counter that with 5 minutes of the SlowSquashJelq. Obvious the longer you can go the greater you will gain so time needs to be structured as such.

I can pump for 10 mins 3 sets but I will have to hold off max pumping until the 3rd set.
