I saw the video on here but couldnt tell exactly what was going on....the penis is erect, then what is the lower hand doing and what is the top hand doing, please someone explain! I heard this exercise is great for girth...so please help me out thanks

In the video I got a 100 percent erection, then I did a kegel to pump as much blood into my dick as I could, and then I clamped off at teh base with my hand in an inverted grip. I squeezed as tight as I could and pushed towards the tip of my penis. If you do it correctly, your hand should only be able to push outward by .5-1.0 inches.

This is the statement that confuses me. What do you mean exactly?

Your grip should be so tight that you can barley move it up the shaft. What he means is get your full erection, grip at the base with an O.K grip make it tight. With your grip hand move it towards the glans, you should be only able to move it a 1/2 inch to 1 inch when done correctly! Meaning the grip has to be tight.

Cool, thanks! I think I have it now..a few questions I have.

How long should the kegel be before you start?

How many ULI's should you do in one set?

Does this also help length or mainly girth?

Is this superior to Jelqing for girth?

Thanks!

Kegal until your dick is swelled to the max.

I didn't understand your 2nd question.

It helps girth but some say it also provides length gains.

And it is definitely superior to jelquing for girth

The kegel should be just a quick flex, maybe half a second or less. Just enough to get a rush of blood in your dick.

I like holding them for 30-60 seconds and doing them for 5-10 reps each set but this is really just my personal preference.

This is mostly girth, but maybe a LITTLE bit of length.

In my opinion and most others, yes, this is superior for girth when compared to the jelq.

THIS is very informative. Please follow this particular thread because it is definately one you'll feel.

I'd be careful with these. As in bodybuilding, it's important to know all the info and invision the workouts, BUT IT IS MOST IMPORTANT TO KNOW YOUR BODY.

So true. This is a slow, progressive place to get to. Once one knows his body he will be amazed at how much it really can take. To avoid injury it is best to become truly in touch with your body limits not just to avoid over training but under.
