Can not gain length.

Starting: 6.75 bpel x 5.0 meg.
Current: 7.2 bpel x 5.35 meg


I have been doing PE for about 1.5 years. Nearly all of my gains were made in the first 6 months with a 15min stretching routine. I attempted jelqing but never stuck with it.

These past 3 months my routine has been as follows

Ejaculate
Heating pad warm up
5min Bundled stretch
5min __________ stretch
23min manual stretchs (down, right, up, left)

immediatly after i put on my extender for 3 to 6 hours to stay extended while i heal. So far i have logged 162 hours.

I try to train 7 days a week and take rest days when/if i feel fatigued. So far the only thing that has changed is an increase in girth (5.2 - 5.35) and my penis has become more resilent and rubbery.

I also recently discovered that i bought a slider extender (the kind without springs) and i have read that springs are superior.

Im starting to lose motavation and dont know how to progress at this point. I want to atleast get to 8x6 but my dream size it 9x6.5.

am a hard gainer myself. How consisistent were you and how much intensity do you put into your stretches ?
what was your routine the first 1.2 years before you changed to the current routine ?

I was decently consistent. I always pulled pretty hard because i thought that would lead to better gains but i have been reading recently that doing so can toughen the penis and make future length gains harder.

I did the same routine for about the first year. I knew i had to increase my training duration over time sort of like linear progression, until i was no longer making gains but i constantly heard pe vets preach patience so when i measured after 6 months and i was .25" longer i decided to wait another few months on the same routine until i measured again. I guess this was my mistake, not measuring more frequently. But to be fair i knew if i measured more than once a month i would obsess and measurs nearly ever other day, so i decided to just try and forget about measurments and focus on my workout.

One thing i see in common is your extender and manuals were not causing any gains. Since youre not using spring tension on the extender, its most possibly the case that the intensity wasnt enough. If the lack of intensity wasnt enough on extender then the similar goes for your manuals, since you didnt gain with that either. Im just putting 2 and 2 together and arriving at a conclusion.
How hard is hard when you pull ? Is it hard enough to cause your arms to ache and your ligs or base to ache ? Hard enough to almost feel pain? I think these small things make all the difference.
Another thing i noticed is you dont include any jelqs or girth work. Maybe the lack of blood flow / encouragement due to absence of those exercises has something to do ?

Check out the LengthMaster, it makes gaining length a snap, so fast and efficient. The most important tool for anyone to have.

I pull until it is uncomfortablr then i ease up about 10%. Yes i never stuck with jelqing because i was never fond of them and always heard gaining girth will make length harder and i only want length for now. And i just recently started doing kegals and already feel a difference in ejaculation strength!
 
Although girth work like jelqs add girth, its important to note that one of its main purpose is to increase blood flow, which is not only required for girth but length as well. There have been people who have got great length gains from jelqing alone, just saying.
I too probably jelqed for only a month or so and myself am looking to include it in my routine. The only reason it was inconvenient for me was due to the fact that I couldnt maintain an erection and due to the fact im uncut with slight turkey neck. I guess it would still be beneficial if im more flaccid than erect.
I noticed that its easier for me to jelq after my BM session. Will work on that strategy and see how it works out.

I love when men time their workouts like this, it gives us a true realization of how much work was put in to make a PE work.

I would usually extend for about 5-6 hours at a time but i was not extending every day. And idk if it was exactly 3 months, i didnt keep track in reality i was probably 2 months and some change.
 
Couple a questions why you not extending 6+ hours every day:

Is this privacy issue?

Can you wear the extender outside? (On your way to work, or at work, when you go for a walk, when you go for groceries etc etc)

How high is your extender tension at the moment?

I'd suggest stepping up your game. You made typical newbie gains. Now the real work begins! Highly suggest the Lengthmaster and hanger for the ultimate stretching and hanging combo. Might get away from the extender and get in more intense stretching as you're able from here forward. This stuff gets progressively harder and requires progressively more effort as your penis adapts over time.

I agree with Stillwantmore and I also think you should immediately start a progress and routine thread in the proper form as this will be extremely beneficial in your PE journey.

Hanging for 20 minutes followed by 25 minutes with the lengthmaster stretching using the same exercises.

Total session time = 45M


Night

Hanging for x3 20 minute session followed by lengthmaster stretching for 20 minutes

Total session time = 1H 20M​


The days total time is 2H 50M​


To quote myself from the original thread

reasons for the lengthmaster before hanging in the morning is it will tire the penis our ready for the hanger , but this is reversed in the early evening to try and take more advantage to that fatigue.

I carry this on for the night work, so the hanger keeps attacking all day first, but the lengthmaster in the morning gets its ready.


If you also have an extender, or Phallosan Forte, you can wear that between these sessions to further enhance the growth.

All you need is a lengthmaster, and follow the length specific plan. You WILL gain!!!

Yes, dont have very much alone time. I cant wear the extender while walking around because my legs are massive. And as for the extender tension i have no idea, its a slider extender. I also could never extend past my bpel without slipping out.
