For example use the following template, its length specific that I made for another member

Times can be adjusted to suit your schedule.

Morning

lengthmaster for 15 minutes performing 'A' stretch blasters, and bundled stretches.

Followed by hanging with the hanger or lengthmaster for x2 15 minute sets with a total 30 mins hang time.

Total session time = 45M

Evening

Hanging for 20 minutes followed by 25 minutes with the lengthmaster stretching using the same exercises.

Total session time = 45M


Night

Hanging for x3 20 minute session followed by lengthmaster stretching for 20 minutes

Total session time = 1H 20M​


The days total time is 2H 50M​

Yup you got a want this so bad you’re willing to bust your ass to get it. It takes a certain breed of man to make this happen, every brother here has that potential, use it!
 
Yes, dont have very much alone time. I cant wear the extender while walking around because my legs are massive. And as for the extender tension i have no idea, its a slider extender. I also could never extend past my bpel without slipping out.

Never tried that, i'll give it a go. I cant remember the name, it was a cheap ebay extender. Ive heard other people call it a slider when it has those nuts that are threaded onto the rods and you twist them to adjust tension.

Try it.

Oke maybe a replica of the maleedge works that way. Easy to wear outside because it's not bulky build extender

Miracle Slider is a VERY dangerous ADS! Smart idea but things can go really wrong!

When you point your extender upwards your training the tunica but it’s a very poor way to gain link via the tunica as there are much more powerful ways to train the Tunica. When an ADS is pointed upwards it does stretch the tunica but it’s just too light with the Tunica being so dense. It only has 5% elasticity. Most powerful way to affect the Tunica is to start your routine with bundled stretches which will pre-stretch that dense tissue allowing you to make much better progress. And was stretching upward the best and most powerful way to do this is with the Lengthmaster.
