Other than the Jelq, what are some good excercises? Can you describe them because im unaware a lot of the names and what you do such as the Horse 440's. WTF are these and like i said can you guys tell me some other good girth excercises? Thanks

well thanks gandolf but can i just get descriptions? I usually can pick up on it just with a description and the vidoes suck to download on 56k. it takes forever

Basically. Pull out as far as you can without hurting yourself. You should never reach your glans. If you are, either your erection or grip isnt strong enough.

All i do is ballooning and i measured 6.75 around the other day after a very very super intense ballooning session. My legs were shaking it was so intense. Some people refer to this technique as edging also. When i do this technique i masturbate until im about to cum. My penis becomes the hardest it ever is during this period. I do not cum however but let it subside just the least little bit but to where i still got the feeling of cumming. After that i get to that point again. If i were to go any further i would cum but i dont want that. I do this for up to 1 hour some days and mostly 30 minutes other days. Sometimes i do and endurance ballooning where i see how long i can hold out with my super erection. The longer i hold out the thicker my dick becomes. Im going to start incorporating this technique with some pumping in hopes to getting to 7.5 inches around. I think Supra uses this technique only also and he is 7 inches around or more at the base so its a good technique to use for girth and the only technique i use. It really stresses the whole penis
