Hey fellas. I have notice a trend in the hanging world and have asked about it before. I've notice that guys that hang weights and reach weights of 40 pounds and up tend to not only develop length but also total uniform girth as well. Base girth gain is pretty common with hanging but I've seen members state that they've gain complete uniform girth from the base to the glans from just heavy hanging alone.

There was a member named EXTREME, who was hanging 2 ten to fifteen minute sets a day with 50 to 100 pounds. His size as a result was 8 to 9 inches x 8 inches uniform girth. The thing that stands out is the man's girth was 8 inches at midshaft from just heavy hanging alone. Pretty amazing. Here's a link to his post. On the third link he posted a pic of him hanging 50 pounds straight down. Now notice how huge and thick his girth is even with a 50 pound load hanging off his unit.

Next up we have another member named Sumner. Sumner's starting size was 7 x 5. Sumner tried all kinds of angles for the first year of his hanging career and did 6 twenty minute sets a day and gained nothing with 25 pounds of weight. Sumner then stated that instead he changed his approach and starting hanging standing up straight down reaching 80 pounds of weight with in a 4 year time span. Sumner would hanging 70 to 80 pounds for only 2 ten minute sets a day. The results after 4 years of building to 80 pounds was 8 x 6.5. Sumner stated that he only did 2 ten minutes sets a day with 70 to 80 pounds and absolutely no girth work or any other PE work at all and this man's shaft girth from his last post is now 6.5 inches from the base to under glans.

On other sites I've read on other guys that through years of training worked up to hanging around 70 pounds in weight. These guys have also reported huge gains in there midgirth from just hanging alone.

This has lead me to believe that just hanging by itself can build total uniform girth and not just base girth once the penis is strong enough to handle weights over 40 to 50 pounds. One would think that through stretch force and tension the cells within the tunica would multiply in all direction when hanging weights for length and girth development. Definitely would like to hear some hanging vets like DLD, Dashdeming and stillwantsmore chime in on this topic.

The extreme guy wasn't he the one later exposed as a fraud? Had support under the weights, someone pointed it out in the mirror image in his pic and he conveniently dissappeared.

My thoughts. I agree that the heavier a guy goes, the more likely he is to gain some girth from hanging . Not sure why it works that way. In all the years I've been aground this stuff, I've not seen but a few guys hanging 30 lbs or more. It makes it hard to honestly say "all men" gain girth from heavy hanging .

Not sure if Extreme was a fraud but he did have a huge dick with sick girth. Then other member, Sumner followed in his footsteps and gain 1.5 inches in uniformed girth from just 2 ten minute sets a day of hanging 60 to 80 pounds. This really interests me because if total shaft girth and length can result from hanging extreme weights, then that means that hanging can be the only form of PE that’s necessary for total all around mass increase. It would just take years of work to reach such weights.

Hey stillwantmore. I’ve been meaning to ask you what’s your opinion on the LOT theory. When I first started hanging years ago, I first did the LOT test and discovered that my LOT from birth was already at 6 oclock, meaning, I had no potential for lig gains from downwards angle or BTC angle hanging . With that knowledge I went straight into upwards angle hanging where I have the weights hanging through a pulley system above me for a upwards pull that has my dick stretching toward my belly button. So basically it’s like the over the shoulders method but with a pulley system so my penis would bare the full load of the weight instead of my shoulders. Gain 1.5 inches in length and base girth with this method.

Now if I’m not mistaken stillwantmore, you made most of your hanging gains with the BTCs angle and the straight down angle with out doing any straight upwards angles. My question is do you think that downward angles or hanging BTCs would have granted me the same kind of gains with my LOT from birth being at an extreme disadvantage point of 6 o’clock for lig gains? Does BIB ’S LOT theory hold any scientific grounds or is it BS??

Hey DLD. Thanks for the warm welcome back brother. Feels good to be back. Life has been so busy for me now with a wife and son. Still determined though to reach my goal of nbpel 10 x 7. A goal which has alluded me for 7 years.

I've read Dashdeming hardcore hanging routine. If I remember correctly he went from 5 inches to 8 1/2 in a little over a year. I believe his routine was 1 set at 33lbs.

This looks very very interesting! Only problem I see here is how do you prevent injuries hanging weights this heavy?
I don't know about uniform, but I do know its pretty much logical to make faster gains hanging heavier weights.
I am currently at 15kg and I tried going up in weight once, I swear it felt like my dick was going to be ripped off.
Been scared to try since that day. . .

For the increase in base girth it does not take extremely heavy work, just basic downward work will increase base girth.

I agree DLD but Snake's talking more in the line of uniformed gains. . Say 1" girth all round not just at the base, as stated in the quote from him below

I am still not understanding how this is possible. I have always been a heavy downward worker and the only girth I gained from this is base girth. Maybe I am missing something, if so let me know.

that could be the mechanical explanation of whats going on i ahve no idea. the big hangers do seem to have big girth, but like stillwantmore said theres not that many guys hanging heavy so its hard to say.

weight lifting belt is just to protect your lower back

i have been hanging for the past 2 months using lengthmaster hanging device. The grip is in the middle of my penis. I can now hang 25kg and I do that 15 mins a day. Some days I do morning and evening sessions, each 15 mins. These are enough for me to exhaust my penis I can feel. I do some hand rotates and stretches as well. I haven't got any significant results to report yet, but I continue every day. Should I keep going or any tips to improve my routine?
