Can anyone help me verify that I am hitting my ligs?

The day after a good stretching routine will make me feel sore, sometimes very sore, but at the back of my mind all I can think is that it's the skin thats sore not the ligs, and it fills my mind with doubt which I obviously don't want, Is there any way I can tell that it is in fact my ligs that are sore not just the skin?

Well what I do is after a mad ass session, I gently pull the penis out [flaccid] to the 12n O'Clock angle, have a nice stretch on it, but not hard .. just light.....you should feel some burn feeling...if not pull the same at 6 O'Clock...I always feel that Lig burn when I do this after a session with the ligs and it seems to tell me right.

Another way to check for lig fatigue is what I do. The morning after an intense day of lig work, I will put a foot up on the toilet and reach from behind, between my legs, grabbing my penis just by the glans and pull it downward. You should not have to pull very hard at all to feel some soreness/fatigue in the ligs if you had a good session.

The way I verify if it is ligs or not is by doing what I call "Hanging Yoga". You do this by hanging (duh) and SLOOOWLY leaning your body to one side, then the other, then SLOOOWLY squatting down as far as you can go (bending your knees).

You should really feel the ligs being pulled, almost like a burning sensation if done right.
