"Callus removal and glans de-keratinization"

I was just wondering if using callus removal ointments (such as this, or others from Dr. Scholls) would help remove keratinization from the glans?

If so, then I can see this being applied to everyone, not just those doing FR.

I would be muy careful. I used Dr Scholl's Liquid Corn and Callus remover. God it burned my hand, so just watch out. Don't overdo it.

I presume you used it on a normal callus and not on your dick?

For those of you who have head damage where ouch a small fraction has been rubbed too much and it looks bumpy, cracky, or whatnot I've been using Blistex Lip Medic for it. Just apply a small amount of it on the area that needs "repairing" and voila. It will take a while. It did for me. BTW, my head still looks damaged on the top edge, but that is because I am doing stretch sessions 5-6 days a week and at times my grip will slip up.

Just let it happen naturally, man!
lol Ok. Just thought I'd throw the idea against the wall to see if it stuck.

Good idea. Personally, I've been putting on a coat of vaseline or Palmer's every few hours (making sure to avoid the areas I want the tape to stick to when I'm doing FR).

Try Udderly Smooth. It is an emollient lotion you can buy at Wal-Mart for about a dollar a bottle. It has an ingredient called allantoin that is medically proven to stimulate healing and cell growth. If you try to "strip" the keratinization from your glans, you are going to hurt yourself bad, maybe even cause yourself to scar and lose the sensativity you are going for forever. FR takes time and patience. I know it is hard and frustrating to do it. Believe me. After almost 4 months, I am sick of taping and stretching , but the pay off will be worth it!

Thanks. Read your post about that over at your 4skin forum. I have it on my list and will get some within the week. Any idea where at Walmart it'd be?

is anyone familiar with liquid wart remover rofl (not a joke -- and no I don't use it -- especilly not on my dick)....just wondering if this is the same stuff as the callus remover; as ive heard of people using the wart remover for skin tags etc...(maybe it would work for calluses). As for scarring, I have no idea.

Thanks. Another FR question, if you don't mind: how many hours do you stay taped per day?

I shoot for all day, but while sleeping I usually get wood and pop off the tape. I would say about 16 hours, total, although I cheat here and there. The trick is to put it on and then forget it. I usually take it off for a couple hours after Penis Enlargementing, too.

Cool. I've been getting in 10-12 waking hours. I tape overnight, but like you, it sometimes comes off due to errections. I figure those happen close to morning, so I'm staying taped most of the night.

Sounds like you're doing great! Don't worry about it too much, just stay taped and do some foreskin stretches when you Penis Enlargement and you'll see some real progress. Every now and then, I'll be like Fuck it, and just go off without taping. It feels good to be hanging free every once in a while, especially since Penis Enlargement has given me a bigger wang and it is noticeable when I wear jeans! Sometimes I'll get an achey feeling from being constricted and take the tape off and do a Penis Enlargement routine to get everything stretched back out again.

The glans, or head of the penis, is not made of normal skin like your face or your hands. It is actually a mucous membrane like the eyeball. Circumcision removes the body's natural protection for this mucous membrane. That natural covering is the foreskin, which acts somewhat like an eyelid, cleaning, protecting and keeping the glans moist. In its natural, unaltered state, the surface of the glans is very thin, barely more than one cell thick, exposing the nerve endings there, and making the glans extremely sensitive to touch, temperature, etc. Without a foreskin to protect it, the glans dries out and is exposed to irritation from clothing and enviromental contaminants. The body reacts by forming a thick covering over the glans to protect it from exposure. The surface thickens, shielding you from constant irritation and pain, but also deadening the feelings of the sensitive organ. This thickening is called keratinization. After doing foreskin restoration for a while, the outer layers of this thickened skin begin to slough away, bringing the nerve endings back to the surface. The keratinized tissue looks like dried skin when it comes away, like a sunburn. The sensitivity of your penis after this happens is incredible. It is like having a brand new dick.

Same here man. The tip of my glans has red/black blotches (from stretching intensity) that simply will not go away.

I'll try taping it up for a while (what tape do you guys recommend) and will get some of the creams mentioned in this thread.

I use Nexcare medical tape. The container looks just like one for scotch tape, but the tape itself has microscopic holes to allow the skin to breath. You might want to shave your shaft and top section of your scrotum so you don't get hairs stuck to the adhesive.

Supra recommends Rejuveness tape. He says it's great for removing discoloration as well, but it's about 8x more expensive.

With the redness and blotches, there's not much you can do. Even if you FR, and you stay taped or wear the tugger like I do, it takes two-three days to get back to a soft pale pink color. I took a few days off last week and within two days my penis looked "normal" again. It was sexy, but now it is back to being blotched and beat up. It happens, I deal with it. No girls to wrry about seeing the dong, so I keep on truckin towards eight and a half inches. The cream treatment for dealing with the hardening is a good idea. I've been using cetaphil lotion, and it works really well on my wood, hands, elbows. whatever I need it for it takes care of, it also seems to make the skin more supple. Holla

If I tape with bandaids and they are pretty sticky and I get an erection at night and the bandaid stays on could that damage my penis. I read somewhere not to leave o rings on because they will strangle your penis. Also does vaseline work good on the head?
