Ok guys, check this. This morning I did my first girth workout using a cable clamp. I simply wrapped the base of my semi-erect penis and put on the clamp, snug but not tight. Then stimulated myself to full erection, did several kegels to force more blood in and then clamped down while pushing the clamp back towards my body. Immediately I could see I was bigger than usual. I didn't do a lot, just some bends, compression squeezes, couple of ULIs etc. A couple of times I released the pressure of the clamp, re-stimulated and kegeled and clamped down again. I did this for 10 minutes and removed the clamp. I was already pumped at this point, as big as I normally got after an hour workout with jelq, ulis, compression squeezes, dry jelqs etc. I was impressed.
