Hey guys,

It's been several months now since cable clamps were introduced here (Still's original post was in August last year), and I was wondering how things are going for users?

Have you gained?
Have you gained faster than with manual exercises?
Have you had any problems/injuries?
Got any tips for best use?
Got any amusing stories?

I personally only used a clamp back then for a little while. Not long enough to see gains...then.

Been using Supra's Slammer and wrapping it up with 30 minutes or so of clamp work afterward and I have seen a gain this past week. Had a 1/4" girth increase. That lasted a few days and it backed down to a 1/8" increase. That has stayed. I'm now at 6 1/8" of girth. Gain is a gain in my book. I do that again and I'll have 6.25" and so on. So, yea I'm now using the clamp as a supplement to my workouts, and beleive it is a contributing factor.
 
Its good for keeping the blood in the dick after a hardcore girth workout, but probably doesn't do too much on its own. I think it is more of a supplement to your girth work. I might start using it again like SWM does.
 
Great, thanks guys. Still - 1/4" in a week is astounding, I wish I could gain like that. I'll definintely be trying the slammers soon :)

Anyone else like to share?
 
My girth gains have been painfully slow so I decided to start a pure girth routine last week using only cable clamps with squeezes and, so far, I'm finding the results awesome.

However, these are hardcore exercises and newbies WILL break their dicks. My dick is pretty well conditioned after 8 months of Penis Enlargement yet they still beat the shit out of it.
 
The clamp workouts are GREAT, on their own they work good but after a session even better still.
I have gained SO MUCH from doing clamp work on their own.
I would link the constrictors thread in here but it apperas to have gotten erased from MOS....but anyway the exercise if used consistant and proper will yied great results, length/width/head and of course girth are all increased.

I have only replied to this cos I am a mad cable man, and I had to make a thread just / PM the admin about my missing posts, I shll be back as planned in 2/3 weeks.

I bought the soft 1.5 lb. wrist weights from Wal Mart to use as a long term light weight Flaccid Stretcher. I needed a way to keep them on so I use a large cable clamp on one while I put one behind it and sit here at my desk with 3lbs. on for hours sometimes.
It has really helped with the flaccid hang, in six months I have gone to 5"-5.5" flaccid hang from 3". I still get the turtle effect if I go out in the cold too long but as soon as I warm up I hang right out again.
It's getting so that I can't sit on the bowl anymore, I either hit the water or my dick sits on the cold porcelan side....
 
Always flush man. That sucks so bad. Once I was drunk, had a nice semi goin and the thing was swimmin in someone elses piss yo. I was like :mrgrin:

It's even happened at work too. Sucks. ALWAYS FLUSH.

Also, for those that bought a cable clamp at Walmart, what section are they in? I need to do some shopping there this afternoon and might as well pick one up.
 
Thanks, Red. Just going through it.

For anyone who uses an Ace, or similar bandage as a wrap, how much do you use? In other words, do you only have one layer around your base, use the whole spool, etc?

Lastly, if anyone does go to Walmart to get these, I found them right by the extension cords in the home improvement area.
 
Sorry man I cant help on the bandage cos I dont use one hahahaha, crazy I know but I never used one.

I don't know if you guys are familiar with Bib from �other forum� (you know who you are)... but all he did was hang and do extreme ulies... hardly any jelqing. It was his story that got me into the idea of using a clamp for girth work. He advocated ten sets of ten minutes a day...which is a lot. I used to do it, but it's VERY time consuming...OVER 100 minutes total. I usually stop at 7 sets. My base is usually raw by then.

There's something about being in an enlarged state for an extended period that eventually does the trick.
