The width of bandage isn't important, as long as there's enough to clamp on to. Also, for the exercises I'm doing, you don't really need much room to work with, just enough to grab the head :).

That sounds like me Joe. I'm good when erect, 7" or so, but when I'm flaccid, I'd have nothing left after the bandage went on. So let me get this straight? You get a rock hard bona, put on the bandage, put on the clamp and tighten it as tight as you can (hell, you can even use a radiator hose clamp) and go to bed like that right?

no matter what I use to wrap my penis, I still get my skin pinched while trying to clamp down. You don't leave it on for very long do you? You need to refresh the blood in your penis every 10-30 minutes depending on who you ask here.

Yes, get a MASSIVE erection, than clamp around near the base area ... with a medium sized clamp, do it tight so say 3/4 clicks are SHOWING , keep mastrubateing now and again the head area, keep stimmed, and do this for 10 mins to start with or 5 mins.
Kegel to keep and get more blood in their, ya cock will look massive, over time it will get alot larger in length/girth and head size.

Other guys who have done clamp work HOPenis EnlargementFULLY will chip in.

If ya get pinched skin, simply pull that area down or out the skin will unfold.
As ya get expericned you will fit into this easy, ya new so it seems like this at first [I think ya new???]

And the max time is 30 mins, no more is advise but I have gone 45 mins, but I have MAD CUNT tattooed across my ass and forehead.
 
Slaminthelamb, how long is the piece of bandage you wrap with? I just got an Ace bandage, which looks very similar to the crepe bandage you use, and I doubt I'm supposed to use the entire spool.
 
thanks for the advice. also I thought you were supposed to get erection clamp and then squeeze the head making the shaft fatter? is kegeling better? I have a hard time staying hard after squeezing my head as it's painful. any advice on how to get gains with this clamp is appreciated.

This is called a Constricted Horse squeeze.
You can do MOST if not ANY pe execise ya want [erect] while constricted, i.e. edging , erect bends, ulis , horses, wet jelqing and dry jelqing etc etc .... but the PLAIN simple constrictor exercise is the one I explained where ya get erect and clamp, keep turned on and kegel new blood in from time to time ... have this for 10/15 mins , move upto 30 mins over the months.

Some will say that doing only Cable work wont help .... BULLSHIT it does work on its own, I am LIVING PROOF it does.

I would advise anyone starting this clamp stuff, go easy with the baisc one I just said .... than move onto the clamped horses , erect bends [very careful] , and jelqing etc etc ... I do ALL my pe work in a clamp so I work with the MAX blood I can.

Also the ATS rollers, HOLY SHIT do them while clamped for 30 mins and you will STILL have the pump a WEEK later after a BREAK no bullshit, useing clamps in ya sessions is the way to go IMHO .... it also helps length and head size [especially head size - look at myn].

I will over the weeks make another tutorial on clamp work, but for know I am sure you guys will be fine with the simple one .... if ya wonna try mixing other stuff with it than just do the exercise as ya would but with the clamp on, simple as ... dont go over 10/15 mins as a new guy .... stay at this until ya think your ready, than move upto 30 minutes, this will take alot of time.

See guys, this is why I like to wrap with a piece of dresss sock like I show in my demo thread (pic proof forum). It's thicker than Ace wrap or other thinner materials without being too thick. I also clamp in sort of a reverse order than what many of you seem to do.

I start out flaccid. Wrap with the dress sock at the base, put the clamp on a few clicks tight, then get about 3/4 erect, snapping the clamp down another click or two at a time until I'm beyone 100% erect. I end up with usually 3 of the teeth on the clamp showing. It all depends on the wrap you use though. You should be able to experiment and find a wrap that will keep you from getting pinched and at the same time provide the extra compression that comes from the padding provided by the wrap.
