C= Crease... C-Stretch explanation: For this exercise, while standing up, reach behind the the cheeks and grab your penis from the back. Pull up to the crease between the leg and cheek, pull with moderate to heavy pull. Hold this stretch for 60 seconds. This exercise targets the suspensatory ligaments. Variations to this exercise inlude doing stretch while squatting, standing with one leg raised resting on a chair, when raised leg variation is used, the opposite leg is used from the cheek that the penis is stretched against. The leg should only be raised after stretch is established. It should be performed both sides (left and right) to balance stretching on the ligs.
