Bundled is when you take your flaccid penis and twist it before getting into the stretch position. Un-Bundled is any regular stretch . Applying these techniques to the DLD Blasters is where they become very powerful. Getting into an "A-Stretch " bundled will intensify the Blasters. I enjoy doing my Blasters half Bundled , half normal.
Any upward stretch will be focusing on your tunica.
.......also note you can do the bundle method on ANY stretch exercise you do. Just twist ya penis 360* gently of course while flaccid and do the stretch . Works a damm treat, but can really hurt the skin at times.
