With the whole RAVE about bundle stretches and how effective they are. . . I'd like to know if anyone has ever experimented with this.
Not taking anything away from stretching. Which I do everyday BTW, but ersonally I find hanging HEAVY weights (currently at 25. . . not so heavy)
to give me best results. So, I was wondering if anyone has ever tried "Bundled hanging" . . RFLMAO.
I don't even know if this will work, but one thing is certain. . . It would be best to use smaller weights .
 
Well we have bundles in the SG so i guess bundles while hanging could be possible...but it would be too complicated if you ask me...basic bundles / SG bundles much easier to do.

Bundled Stretching has brought gains to many for years, I came up with this stretch in 2002. The rave we are seeing lately is the fact that the most limiting factor in PE is the Tunica. If before you train girth and length you get a good pre-workout of Bundled Stretches it will pre-stretch the dense Tunica tissue making it a much more gainful experience. Gains, to those who are practicing this, remain to be seen as this new theory was released last week but there is enough evidence to propose this theory and I hope it becomes law.
 
Also note: DO NOT DO BUNDLED STRETCHES WHEN YOU HAVE A CUT ON YOUR FRENULUM. Worst mistake i made...
 
So, which way do you twist to "bundle"?

As in, do you take the glans and then twist from left-to-right or left-to-right, or do you take the glans and then wind the shaft towards your body and so on?

Twist right to left,then switch,left to right..alternate moves.
 
I'm doing bundled hanging right now with 20lbs. It feels good. If you put your hand at the base and lift up, it feels like your doing the bundled Blasters. DLD had this going years ago. A few brothers have done it but nobody stayed long enough to report any results. You just have to get accustomed to the extra skin stretch at first, then it becomes easier. I'm not saying to jump into but if it hurts or bothers you doing it manually, it'll only increase while hanging. Believe me, I'm doing it right now lol. But once accustomed, you'll feel right at home.

Agreed. The skin stretch (which I'm still going through) hurts like a mofo! I do bundle stretches on a morning and wrap for the day, then BM on a night. So far so good.

Definitely going to try this. I wanted to for a while, hence starting the thread. Now, I think i def will!
 
Bundles are the invention of the Brotherhood that will change PE for the better! Another reason why we are the best in the business!

Check https://mattersofsize.com/topic/lengthmaster-videos.66600/post-1832671 in this post executing bundled hanging with the lengthmaster, and adapt it for the SiliStretcher.

I'm assuming it will be easier with the SiliStretcher, and simply turning it around a bit executes the bundle.
You may then need to place a finger to the side, so it doesn't turn back on itself.

You will get much more permanent gains from bundled stretching than hanging and this is because, bundled stretching is attacking the Tunica and once the Tunica is made loose/slack, it doesn't go back to its original size. Correct @DLD?

Correct. When bundled you are stretching the lig, shaft and tunica
