So, I've got big sex plans this Saturday. Have been PE'ing daily for several weeks now. I was wondering if anyone backs off their standard routine a little bit if they know there's a specific night they don't want any soreness, fatigue, reduced EQ, etc.

I haven't had any negative PIs or anything, so I'll probably continue daily, with maybe a lighter session on Friday. Anyone have their own strategy for these situations?

On the contrary, I like to use bathmate and a good session of edging with a ring hours before so things are extra beefy when the moment arrives.

To your point, if you have things in your routine that you expect to crush your eq try to get them done far in advance to your plans. Also probably want to avoid kegels until afterwards.

I agree with Longth here. I love to do a girth session that will give me solid expansion just prior to meeting up with the girl, although I have good EQ.

If you find you have bad EQ post girth session, I would tone it down and do it several hours ahead of time.. Nothing worse than having to 'shovel' it inLMAO

If he has bad eq it's time to employ a militia of kegels to get that out of the way. Nothing is more annoying than a case of the flops when you're trying to throw meat in her cheeks.

Do you usually get sore,bad EQ,etc when you're done with your routine?If yes,take some good hours between your routine and the sex time.If you have sex at night,do your routine as early in the morning as possible,you your dick will have time to rest.

If you don't usually get bad EQ etc,why do you worry about it?Don't back off because your scared.Even if you get fatigue or anything,forcing an erection even when your dick is fatigue will make wonders.It's like pushing your dick beyond its limits.That's awesome.

Kegels, kegels and more kegels, this is the secret to 100% erections. Also realize that when you can achieve a 100% erect penis it will be bigger than one with poor eq. Kegels should be playing a bigger role in most men's routines. Penis Enlargement is all about gaining size, Kegels are all about filling that new size with plenty of blood.

A ring can get you to 100% pretty easy and then some, but most don't use those for girth yet. You at least need one or the other to expand past 100%.

There won't be any soreness when you use the mityvac, length master or length master. These are standard devices. Training daily is best. No more off days for me.
