Well, I've been talking with AlloyCG about going in together on some Viagra and Cialis. Apart from that - I've never tried it. I lift weights 6days/week, am a (lacto-ovo) vegetarian and try to eat organic produce. I don't really use any supplements, unless you count the whey protein that I take after workouts. I have also tried creatine and will be starting up again tomorrow after having taken a 1month drying out phase. I drink the protein shakes for convenience. I feel reasonably safe trying the creatine since it is a naturally occuring and bodily produced substance. No negative side effects from that so far.

From some of the logs, I think that you have a valid concern about becoming dependent upon Viagra or Cialis in your workouts. Cialis seems to be a better choice because its effects abate over several days. Some of the people in the forums have said that they feel less dependent using Cialis, as well as using less of the substance. Since everyone reacts differently to medications, it's a guess which one would work best for you. I personally share your concerns, but would like to try both V and C to see if there is any benefit. Recently, I've found that I get better erections if I just "nut" once a couple of days. Previously, I had abstained from any and all nutting except during sex with my wife (which is pretty infrequent) because I thought that nutting would have a detrimental effect on my Penis Enlargement progress.

On a different note, I just got back from a 5 day rest and my penis is 1/8" BPenis EnlargementL longer today (Now at 6.5" BPenis EnlargementL). I did not touch my penis during those rest days except to hold it while pissing (and bathing). Just goes to show that rest can help Penis Enlargement gains.

I'm in the same boat as you, Brian. Family obligations and interference/interruptions can certainly cause unwanted modifications to our routines. Went to the gym and did Penis Enlargement yesterday (it was a rest day) because we are spending the day at my in-laws today. I've also been guilty of leaving out warm-ups/cool-downs recently, due in part to the crazy pre-holiday preparations/schedule. It's only a problem if it becomes a fixed habit (not warming up/cooling down) - so don't worry about it. Things should settle down for everyone after Jan 1st.

I'm proud of you for keeping up the routine in spite of constant interruptions. Way to go! Your consistency and perseverance will pay off in the long run for sure.

You're welcome, Brian. I get very irritable when my daily/weekly routines get out of whack too. It CAN be very stressful from an emotional/mental standpoint when we have to change our schedules unexpectedly. Some people do well with a lot of change - but apparently we are not those people.

I guess the thing to do, Brian, is to plan to have our schedules disrupted for the next two weeks and perhaps scale down our workouts in preparation for that period. Then our expectations might match what actually happens during that time. Hahah.

Just remember that you got to where you are now, hypertrophy-wise and Penis Enlargement-wise, by being strong-willed, persistent and consistent. Those personality traits will still be there for you and reassert themselves after the temporary "crazy" time is past.

I just had a thought. You might even want to make a large part of the holidays your "deconditioning" time that you were discussing in Zululand. You could take a lot of stress off yourself by taking a "planned" 7 days off. It could work out even better if the rest period coincided with when you experience the most workout-interference during the holidays.
