No colder than when I'm not wearing it. I find that my glans temp changes throughout the day, depending on room temperature, my level of arousal, stress, etc.

Rest day today.

Despite some good Penis Enlargement sessions lately, and despite the fact that I haven't made that many changes to my routine, all of a sudden it's as if my dick is just worn out. I woke up this morning and just wasn't feeling it. Could hardly stroke myself to a hardon. I eventually did, but it just wasn't its usual hard self. Don't remember waking up in the middle of the night with wood, either. Maybe it's just stress. Or maybe after two months of this routine it's time for a brief break or scaling things back a bit (see routine above). Any of you have any thoughts about this or have similar experiences?

A lot of people have reported spectacular gains after taking a long hiatus, so it might be the ticket for you. Listen to your body and rest when you need it.

Also, I believe you have said before that you are pretty health conscious(i.e. - no performance enhancing drugs for weightlifting,etc.) and are "all-natural." Does that preclude you from trying cialis/viagra? I am a vegetarian, weightlifter and haven't taken any supplements besides creatine(tried for the first time a couple of months ago). However, I'm seriously thinking about trying viagra and cialis for both Penis Enlargement workouts and my psychological problem sustaining an erection when measuring girth. As soon as that tape hits my penis - bloopy - it goes flaccid. Crazy, funny and frustrating.

My advice: Take a few days off, while still doing about 400 wet jelqs at medium intensity. The jelqs should help your circulation, are stimulating and should not be intense enough to violate your "rest." Or, you could just go a few days and not do ANY Penis Enlargement exercises. Either way, you'll learn if it works out for you (and your penis won't shrink - I PROMISE!).

Thanks for the advice, man. Everything seemed to return to normal last night, so I kept with the schedule today, albeit with a bit less intensity (see above). As for the Viagra/Cialis experimentation, I am most definitely an all-natural dude. I must admit I've been curious about "performance-enhancing aids" for my Penis Enlargement work, but so far I've been hesistant to try them out. I know a lot of the guys here swear by these aids, especially for girth work. But I fear becoming dependent upon them and have opted to follow the natural route. How about you?
