brian...do you put the ring on while flaccid and then get hard..or do you put it on while you are semi-erect....thanks

I never tried ADCing, although I admit I was intriqued by the idea. That's how I got into the ring thing too. I saw 9cyclops9's thread on cockrings and took the dive. I don't regret it at all. I've gone for twelve hours at a time with my 1 3/4" ring on with no problem. I only encountered some minor irritation when I sized down to a 1.5" ring that was welded together and thus scratched my ballsac when I walked, etc. I now have a new seamless 1.5" ring that is real comfortable and keeps me hanging nice throughout the day. My advice to you is find the right size ring and one that is seamless/smooth. I think you'll find it a comfortable alternative to ADCing.

Here are two pix I took this morning at the conclusion of my girth routine (see "Brianrex's girth regimen log" for details about the routine). They are similar to pix I took a few weeks ago. It seems like I'm getting slightly thicker at the end of the routine than I appear to be in the earlier pix with the new ring. But I'm not sure because I've vowed not to measure until the New Year, which would mark three months on the routine.

Good pics man good to see you keeping up with your routine. I am striving for a gain by new years. Approach your girth routines sexually and put 110% effort and you will see your gains.

Hay Brian pics look great. I found the same thing with my cockring. The irritation just on the loose skin of my ballsack. It sorta rubbed it shiny! I was freaked out when I first saw it and it was bright red but a little bit of moistuiser and it didnt look so bad. I just try not to wear it so far down on the underside now. That anodised aluminium one look cool I think Ill get me one of those, the welds a bastard! Yesterday I tried wearing two 1.5" rings together and it felt much tighter without it actually being tighter, so will try that again tonight.

Those smooth cockrings look cool as crap. I just ordered some from www.nysexshop.com because I couldn't find anyone in Boston that carries them. They're a bit pricier but I think it will be worth it because I get the irritation from the welding too. I should get them in a week or so I think. I got a 1.25" ($8.99) and a 1.5" ($9.99).

I used to have a cock ring duo that would go around your shaft and then around your balls pulling them down ...I would walk around all day without any problem. just remember lot's of moisture massaging before sliding it on and you should be fine
The bad part is you get a raging hardon very easily so going commando makes it risky at times ...
