Brett Favre Comeback

Yeah, but ain't it kinda sad when your legends try to come back when they shoulda stayed retired? I don't think the boy's got too many eggs left to scramble. I'd hate to see him carried off the field one day and end up droolin' on himself for another twenty years or so.

He'd be more of a legend if he didn come back. Bretts the man but... yea is time for him to sit back and just watch the game

i wish he would go sit his ass down period...i'm gonna retire..i'm not gonna retire..who cares..yes you are one of the best quarterbacks to play in the nfl but you are not bigger than the game...he don't want to go through any of the conditioning anymore..he just want to play somewhere for his own selfish reasons...i can see if he was still one of the elite's in the game..but the past few years he's been average at best..throwing as many int's as touchdowns..he has a great arm..and knowledge of the game..but you can just tell by his stats that he need to sit it down before someone sits him down permanently.

I just want to see him play. I get a feeling of nostalgia.

yes he is!!! i don't know if the man hates his wife and don't want to spend any time at home or if he just can't stand not to be in the limelight...like he is the great Brett Favre when he is on the field, but doesn't know who he is gonna be when he is off..and noone is really talking about him anymore...he is a great football player but even the great ones have to call it quits sometime...i hope he doesn't learn the hard way and have to be carried out of the game on someone's stretcher instead of on someone's shoulders...i believe he knew was coming back all along..the man just hate to go through preseason and training camp!!..he just want to skip all of the bull and get to the games that counts...got to give it to him for that..well we will see what he does this year..Adrian Peterson should put up great numbers this year too.

When you have so much passion for the game, its hard to quit. As far as the skipping training camp etc., well being a legend and vet, he deserves it. Probly don't need it either.

Vikings will go 5-0 or 6-0 and everyone will be a big happy family there. But when brett breaks down at the end of the season you cant say you didnt see it coming. And the bottom half of there schedule is a tough one. People think they can win a superbowl, if thats not the joke of the week. One player in other sports that may be the case but not in football and he is not that good so I have no idea why people really think they can win it all.

His gunslinger mindset will screw them over when they want him to just "manage the game" Man if its in you to play at that age by all means do it. But I think some people are over there heads cause they think he is someone he's not anymore. Best of luck to the old fart LMAO.

Yall shittin on my man, but watch him take the Vikings deep in the playoffs! Hows that for a old man! :)

Im telling you now that gunslinger mindset he has will shot them in the foot later on in the season.

Wow fans dont respect history at all booing their legend. Packers Org. was try to move on with out him and he is trying to show them they made a mistake. Im a diehard colts fan. If manning went to the titans I would be to pissed to describe. But If I was at the game I wouldnt cheer or boo for him.I would respect what he has done for us and hope my team wins.

Booing him only motivates him to destroy your team dont fans get it. "never poke a sleeping loin". But The 2nd half of the season is nearing and we all know gunslinging,Int machine diva Brett Farve will show up to the party and spoil it for everyone. TRUST ME its a matter of time.

For an "old guy" just about everybody counted as out of the game he's kickin some serious ass. I just hope some fuckin' 'roid hulk doesn't get a bug up his ass and breaks half a dozen of Brett's ribs with a late hit or somethin'.

With a season like this...why the hell did he retire in the first (or second...or third...) place.

Brett having a dynamite of a season! If the vikings win the super bowl it would be the best way to end his career, absoulte best. If they don't win then he should come back again next year but if they win the big game, go out with a bang BRett!!!

What if the vikings did win the superbowl? How would the Green Bay fans ever take him back knowing that was his last big achievement.

might as well bring this shit back from the dustboard. We asking the same question this year again.
