To keep getting gains, you can't stay in a comfortable rut. You have to keep kicking it up a few notches every time, right?

Well, if you're doing your exercises so hard that if you went any harder you'd injure yourself, would that be considered to be "breaking out of your comfort zone"?

Like, how much harder do I have to do this shit? Like when I'm jelqing or stretching or whatever.... if I pulled or squeezed any harder, I'd definitely pop something. So would you say I'm workin' it hard enough like that? What more do I have to do?

Sometimes it's hard to stay motivated when you got an hour or two of Penis Enlargement-time staring you down... every fucking day!

I can relate to that. I have to do 2x40 minutes of girthwork and 30 minutes of manuals almost every day, since I've found that I can't gain with anything less (well, more like 'I can't gain- Penis EnlargementRIOD'). Problem is, my dick ends up suffering because I have to manhandle in so much, resulting in a dramatic decline in erection quality and quantity. There's the paradox: you NEED good bloodflow in order to be able to expand the penile cells beyond their normal maximum size, which isn't happening since you can't ever reach 100% erection.
It's fucked up all right.
If I could gain with a little less effort I'd be much more motivated, but nowadays Penis Enlargementing just feels like a chore.

I just can't imagine having to do EVEN more Penis Enlargement than what I'm already doing.
If it comes to that, then I'll seriously have to consider quitting altogether since I'm already suffering from it in many ways (sore wrists, impotence, not to mention the frustration which stems from my non existant gains).

I can relate to that. I've made gains, but nothing as dramatic as what others are getting with less work. And I'm also sick of people saying "Eh, you ain't working hard enough!" What kind of bullshit is that?

I take it as far as I can without rupturing something. What more can ya do?

the harder you work the tissues in the penis without allowing the appropiate time for them to heal will only cause the tissues to become harder and to resist future training in order to prevent injury. simply, working the area enough to stimulate growth and then allowing it heal and adapt and then breaking it down again will work better and with less work. the harder you work the penis without breaks then more and more time and effort will be needed to expand b/c of it protective instincts. 1 on/1off with more reasonable time spent doing exercises should help you guys. you should also take like 1/2 week break and let your dick heal up and start on a lighter routine 3/4 days a week and maybe 10-20 min of jelqing.
in terms of increasing the effort, imo its not necessary b/c if you are comparing it muscle where you need to increase the intensity in order to gain, that is b/c the muscle fibers need to broken down further in order to get stronger and force increased blood flow to the area to expand connective and muscle tissue unlike jelqing where you control the amount of increased blood flow and either way each time you do it you will expand it beyond its capacity and create potential gains so long as you let it properly heal and adapt inbetween sessions and dont harden it.
