BPFSL vs BPEL

  • You will see gains in the flaccid state first before the erect state.
  • We often track progress by bone pressed flaccid stretched length or BPFSL
  • This will grow before you notice bone pressed erect length or BPEL
  • Flaccid or semi erect stretching does give erect size gains

Now that I remember, back in the day we had the TGC theory. It was based on bpfsl vs bpel and the effects of this gap in EQ. One of the main exercises advised to close this gap was jelqing and pumping.

It was theorized that if BPSFL > BPEL, jelqing would lead to length gains rather than girth gains. Same with pumping. At the same time, a BPSFL>BPEL should lead to decreased EQ.

On the other hand if BPSFL=BPEL or BPSFL<BPEL, then stretching and hanging exercises were recommended, and as a symptom, this statistics should lead to better erections.
 
I started with 6 inches in girth so i dont really want to get a lot bigger in that way. maybe from 15 to 16 cm (now i am 15.5). Even when i reach my goals 9 inches BPEL and 6.3 girth i will keep jelqing at least 3 times a week because i really have a bette understanding about my body and i have a great connection with myself right now. I dont know how to explain it but i will keep jelqing and doing kegels forever :D and maybe stretch once a week just keep being in shape :D

Dont pay attention to girth, it will limit your length potential. Focus on just length, unless you dont want more length.
 
Im doing jelqing once a day 7 days a week and stretching on the newbie routine 3 times a day 7 days a week :D Next month i will still do 3 times a day but with 60 sec holds instead of 30 and the month after that i'll do the same but with 1 mini workout with dld stretches or something and the month after that i will do 1 more like that so length work 5 times a day. Lets hope i achieve my goals by then :D

I've always found they loved it more then length. This is just my own personal experiences with women over the years. Once I was at 7-7.5" erect length, I could do all I needed to do with the length.

Once the girth went up, I noticed massive changes in the women ;) they loved it allot more, and especially when the head became larger. The feeling of being fuller, the pussy being stretched and filled like no cock before had ever done.

I should have stopped working girth once I got to 6-6.2" and hammered length, because now at 7" girth its very VERY hard to gain length, but not impossible.

I also believe 100% that a guy cannot have it all, in that he cant have all the length, and girth. Not all women want to be really stretched out, but, not all women want to be pocked and prodded in the cervix either. Its a fine balance, do you go for the girth, the length, or something balanced.

From my old memories of ����, the really longer men that women could take all the way were not the thickest, and the thickest were not the longest. Shane Diesel, yet he is over 8 inches length, so longest here is sili stats like 9-10 inches or more.

Only seen __________ taken all the way by two women, so they must have been both capable, and liked it deep, and being stretched, but that won't be the norm. Everyone is different, and the way ���� stars are is nothing like the real world at all!!!

Go to google and search "riding __________" it will give you as a result a compilation of girls riding him all the way and many of them could perfectly accommodate double that length. The thing is that women are VERY stretchy inside. And the healthier they are, the more capable they are of taking massive dicks. Those girls that smoke shit and drink alcohol and do drugs and eat deplorable diets will have damage tissues less capable of rough sex.

But a healthy woman, her vagina can stretch several inches. Plus the cervix is not the dead end. The cervix and the uterus can bounce to some degree too. The right combination of stretching plus pushing all those organs inside brings them to complete ecstasy.

You're completely right about girth. As an exercise, I always ask girls what they prefer. A long pencil dick or a short thick one. They always prefer the short thick because for them being completely filled and stretched out gives them that feeling of being packed fully by a phallic apparatus and that really turns them on.

This sounds like a very good routine and I like that you’re adding in more time as this will speed your gains tremendously. I ask you to go to the SRT thread and read through there that I know will give you a very good education on healing and gaining. As I’ve said many times before there’s no limit on how much we stretch.

I would ask you to still read through the SRT routine because there are many healing factors that you can add that will help growth and healing big time

Thank you. My goal is 23 cm BPEL. I Started doing it 7 days a week once a day. Last month i did it twice a day. This month im doing it 3 times a day. Next month i will be holding the stretches for 40 seconds instead of 30, the month after that 50, the month after that 60 seconds and i really i hope i would be 23 cm BPEL. ( a little more than 9 inches.) Now im doing jelqing once a day and kegeling once a day. What would your advice be for cementing those gains ? Ive heard that if i want them to be permanent i'd have to train for 6 months at the same size. ( i will jelq 3 times a week and kegel every day for the rest of my life) but do you think that stretching 3 times a week after that for a year would cement my gains ? Thank you.
 
For those 15 days i have grown 0.5 CM LOL From 22 to 22.5 BPFSL LOL I just wanted to brag about it LOL
